1109 hrs., Shoppers/ Theft, Officers were called for a female
who was placing items inside her purse and attempting to leave the store.
Female got into a verbal altercation with employees and then stood in
line. She rang up several hundreds of dollars’ worth of groceries then
suspended the sale to take the box she loaded up with other groceries and
walked past all points of sale. Female also had several items in her
purse and on her person that belonged to the store she did not pay for.

broke her window in her vehicle and stole money out of the console.

the alarm was coming from the ATM room. Officers checked the building and
found all doors and windows secure, unknown cause for the activation. No

1450 hrs., 8600 block of Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle on Fire, Officers
observed a vehicle in the lane of travel on fire. Officers upon arrival
used their issued fire extinguishers but could not put the fire out, due to the
fire being near the gas tank. Fireboard was called and put the fire out.
Owners spoke to the tow truck company that arrived and agreed on where to have
the vehicle towed. Report written

1605 hrs., 8500 block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic complaint, officers
received several complaints about a tractor trailer parked on the
roadway. The truck was blocking a lane and people could not see coming
out of the shopping center. Owner was advised and moved the vehicle to
another location for the remainder of his time here. No Report.

knocking on the door and they heard what appeared to be a gun. Officers checked
