1128 hrs., Wendy's/ Disorderly, manager stated she observed an
altercation at an apartment complex outside officers jurisdiction. She
stated the individuals involved in the altercation she believed were ex-employees
of the business. She was advised what action she could take if she feared
any retaliation. No Report.
1200 hrs., 7900 block of Annapolis Rd/ Man Down, Officers
located a male lying on the ground. Officers after speaking to the male
discovered he was intoxicated and not in need of any medical assistance.

1240 hrs., Foodway/ Solicitors, management called about
individuals standing outside of the business attempting to give out
phones. They stated they were involved with a government program,
officers conducted a brief investigation which concluded they were not
permitted to be on the property for any purposes. Field Op was completed.
1307 hrs., 5800 block Mentana St/ Custody Dispute, officers responded
for the female half not giving her son to the male half whose week it is
supposed to be. Officers looked over the court order and the male half is
not to have the child until tomorrow. He was advised and sent on his
