Officers arrived on scene, and discovered the caller did not know, her daughter parked the vehicle down the street. No Report. 0750- Parking Complaint/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd, a resident emailed in reference to vehicles parked with flat tires, and trash on the road. Officers canvassed the area and found the vehicle with flat tires parked on private property. Officers discovered some trash on the road, but most of it was on private property.
