0830 HOURS- ACCIDENT / ANNAPOLIS RD & VETERANS PKWY- MINOR TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURIES. OFFICERS CONDUCTED INFORMATION EXCHANGE. BOTH VEHICLES WERE DRIVEN AWAY FROM THE SCENE.

0925 HOURS PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR. - ALL CLEAR.

1041 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700-7800 BLOCK OF RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1100 HOURS- NEIGHBOR DISPUTE / 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR- CALLER STATED HER NEIGHBOR WAS STANDING OUTSIDE ON HIS PATIO LOOKING AT HER IN A STRANGE MANNER WHILE SHE TOOK HER TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE NEIGHBOR WHICH WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, THE CALLER WAS ADVISED. 

1202 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK / 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. / ALL CLEAR.

1350 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - CALLER STATED THE SALES CLERK PORTED HER CELL PHONE NUMBER OVER WITH HER PERMISSION. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.

1432 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1526 HOURS- DISORDERLY – 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE - SECURITY OFFICERS CALLED STATING TWO FEMALE JUVENILES WERE THROWING ACORNS INTO THE APARTMENT BUILDING THAT WERE DAMAGED BY FIRE. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL BOTH SUBJECTS WERE GOA.

1607 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1633 HOURS- MISSING PERSON- 5300 BLOCK 85TH . - CALLER STATED SHE HAD NOT SPOKEN WITH HER DAUGHTER SINCE 1300 HOURS ON 09/24/2018. THE MOTHER STATED SHE IN FEAR THAT HER DAUGHTER MIGHT CAUSE HARM TO HER SELF AND OR HER 5 MONTH OLD BABY. THE CALLER STATED HER DAUGHTER SUFFERS FROM GREAT DEPRESSION AND IS POSSIBLY BIPOLAR. OFFICERS ENTERED THE YOUNG LADY INTO NCIC AS MISSING AND MADE NOTIFICATION TO MISSING PERSONS DETECTIVES.

1713 HOURS- ACCIDENT / ANNAPOLIS RD & 85TH AVE- MINOR TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURIES. OFFICERS CONDUCTED INFORMATION EXCHANGE. BOTH VEHICLES WERE DRIVEN AWAY FROM THE SCENE.  

1853 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- PLAZA 30-  ALL CLEAR.

1929 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

2027 HOURS- RETURN MISSING- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HER DAUGHTER, WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED MISSING, HAD RETURNED HOME.  OFFICERS MET THE DAUGHTER, WHO WAS IN GOOD HEALTH, WAS PHOTOGRAPHED AND ADVISED; THE MISSING WAS THEN REMOVED FROM N.C.I.C. SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT WRITTEN

2030 HOURS- ASSIST MOTORIST- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A DISABLED VEHICLE IN THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS CONDUCTED TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURES UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED FROM SCENE BY THE OWNER (FLAT TIRE).

2036 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 7700 BLOCK POWHATAN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO CHECK THE WELFARE OF 4 JUVENILES AT THE REQUEST OF THEIR MOTHER.  THE CHILDREN WERE LOCATED; ALL WERE IN GOOD HEALTH, IN THE CARE OF THEIR GRAND-PARENTS.  THE CALLER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE CONDITION OF HER CHILDREN AND ADVISED TO SEEK THE SERVICES OF THE FAMILY COURTS AS THIS INCIDENT WAS A CUSTODY DISPUTE.

2143 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2211 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2235 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR A 3RD PARTY COMPLAINT OF A DOMESTIC ASSAULT. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, WHO STATED THE FEMALE HALF OF THIS INCIDENT WAS ASSAULTED, BUT REFUSED TO REMAIN ON SCENE UNTIL POLICE ARRIVED.  A CANVASS OF THE AREA WAS CONDUCTED AND A MALE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED; THAT SUSPECT FLED ON FOOT FROM OFFICERS MAKING GOOD OF HIS ESCAPE, THE FEMALE WAS UNABLE TO BE IDENTIFIED OR CONTACTED IN REFERENCE TO THIS INCIDENT.

2317 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE-  ALL CLEAR.

0032 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0113 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0146 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0228 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE-  ALL CLEAR.

0302 HOURS- ASSIST MOTORIST- 7500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL WERE FLAGGED DOWN BY A CITIZEN WHO REQUESTED ASSISTANCE WITH THEIR VEHICLE AFTER THE BATTERY DIED.  THE CITIZEN WAS IN A PARKING LOT, AND WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.

0505 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
