Elaine Dr. / Disorderly females, caller stated there were two
females yelling and arguing in the hallway of the building. Officers
checked the building inside and out with negative results.
0650 hrs., Shoppers/ Fight call, Officers arrived and spoke to
Shoppers employees who stated the females left the business but were involved
in a physical altercation with each other. Officers canvassed the area
and the mother was located at this time and she stated her daughter got angry
with her because she wanted CDS. The Mother also deals with mental health
issues and she was advised what action she needed to take.

Fairborn Terr. / Vehicle Accident, Officers were advised of an
accident that occurred between a parked vehicle and a Public works truck (Minor
damage to both vehicles and no injuries). When the Officers arrived the
owner of the parked vehicle had left stating he had things to do and would call
when he got back. Officers located the owner of the vehicle and
information was gathered for a report. NC 3 was notified as well as
Supervisors of Public Works. REPORT WRITTEN

1100 hrs., Officers attended the opening of the New Carrollton
Public Library, check clear.
1150 hrs., Fountainebleau Dr. and Riverdale Rd/ Accident, minor
damage to both vehicles and no injuries claimed on scene. Officers
exchanged information between both parties.
1210 hrs.,
Business check/ Shoppers (Foot Patrol), check clear.
1234 hrs., Lowe's/ Accident, minor damage to both vehicles
and no injuries claimed on scene. Officers exchanged information between
both parties.
1250 hrs.,
Business check/ Plaza 30 (Foot Patrol), check clear.
1315 hrs., Fairbanks St/ Assist Animal Warden with attempting to
locate and capture two loose dogs in the area. Officers were unable to
locate the dogs but canvassed the area until the kids got out of school and
home safely.
1403 hrs., 5500 block Karen
Elaine Dr. / Family Dispute, caller stated her brother was throwing
her items out of the residence. When Officers arrived the male half
stated he was upset about his sister having her boyfriend over and finding him
in his bed. Male told the female to get out and began to throw her
belongings out of the residence. Both parties were advised what action
they needed to take and the male was advised to take the belongings back
inside. They were both calm and understood what legal action they can take.
1410 hrs., 5300 block 85th
Ave/ Property Damage, callers vehicle was damaged due to someone
attempting to gain entry. Caller was advised to contact the insurance
company and a report was written. REPORT WRITTEN
1420 hrs., 8400 block Ravenswood Rd/ Hit and Run, caller stated
there vehicle was damaged in an unknown manner by an unknown person.
Caller did not know when the damage occurred. REPORT WRITTEN
1430 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Added information, caller stated
he had added information on a report Officers took the day before. When
Officers arrived caller stated he found his stolen vehicle and brought it
home. Officers ran the tag and it came back not stolen, due to the caller
being intoxicated he failed to tell us that he was pulled over the night before
while bringing the vehicle back home. The Officers that night took the
vehicle out of NCIC as stolen. There was nothing that needed reported at
this time.

1520 hrs., 6100 block 85th Ave / Parking Complaint, Officers were
called for a vehicle parked with no registration plates displayed.
Officers located the vehicle and placed a sticker and parking citation on it to
be fixed or removed in 72 hours.

Business check/ Library (Foot Patrol), check clear.
1612 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Accident, minor damage to
both vehicles and no injuries claimed on scene. Officers exchanged
information between both parties.
1623 hrs., TD Bank/ Suspicious Person, Bank employees called
because they believed the identification the patron had was fake.
Officers checked and talking to other employees the patron has had an account
there for years and the account was a valid account. All information was
verified and all parties were advised.

1743 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Assisted night shift with death
scene and other calls in the city. Information on the death incident will
be on night shift daily.
1738 Death/ 5300 block
85th Ave / an infant became unresponsive after their feeding. The parent on the
scene attempted to provide life-saving measures. EMS responded and transported
the infant to UMPGHC were the infant succumbed. OCME and PGPD Homicide &
Evidence responded to the hospital and to the residence to process the scene. REPORT

advised of a young child walking in the area without adult supervision. The
child lived in D-Sector and walked from home. PGPD responded and transported
the child to their residence. The child was united with a family member. NC3
was on scene
