0930 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Domestic Dispute, Caller stated
her husband would not let her back in the house. Officers arrived and
both parties were standing outside and the male was yelling he did not want the
female half back in the residence. The female half stated she lived there
but the male half would not let her back into the house. The male half
was advised he could not just throw her out that he needed to go through the
Landlord Tenant court. The female half was advised he could not throw her
out without proper paperwork. At this time both parties elected to leave
the residence and both parties stated it was just a verbal argument between
both parties. REPORT WRITTEN

1135 hrs.,
School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.
1154 hrs., Forman Mills/ Shop lifting call, caller was Loss
Prevention, who stated a male took the tag off of a jacket and is wearing it
around the store. Caller stated they were alone and needed
assistance. When Officers arrived, the caller pointed out the male and
watched him walk through the check out and pay for the jacket and wear it out
of the business.
1230 hrs.,
Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
1307 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Accident, two
vehicles in the parking lot of the business were in a minor accident.
Both vehicles had minor damage and were able to be driven from the scene.
No parties claimed injury on scene. Almost all of the information was
exchanged between parties prior to Officers arrival.
1340 hrs., Several locations in the city / Officers assisted
Prince George's County Police with attempting to locate a male Officers are
familiar with. They were looking for him due to his involvement in a
robbery that recently took place. Offices searched and ended with
negative results.

Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.
1629 hrs., Lowe's/ Dispute, caller stated he and his wife own a
business. He stated that she takes and keeps all of the money and he
wants to know what he can do about it. The incidents occurred outside of
our jurisdiction, however he was advised it was a civil matter and he needed to
seek that advice from the courthouse.

1720 hrs.,
Business check/ 7-11, check clear.
1805 Accident/ 8600 block Annapolis Rd / off-duty
NCPD officer was flagged down in reference to an accident with injuries.
Unfortunately, the officer left prior to responding officer’s arrival.
Responding officers could not locate the accident.
1810 Accident/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / parties
exchanged information prior to officer’s arrival.
1826 DUI Arrest/ 8600
block Annapolis Rd / subject made an illegal turn and failed to stop. The
subject fled up to the 6400 block Seabrook Rd. The subject failed the SFST. The
subject was transported to Dist. 2 and completed the chemical test. The subject
was cited and released to a family member. The subject's vehicle was impounded
by Charlie's Towing. REPORT WRITTEN
2230 Disorderly/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd / the
caller was complaining of the children running in the apartment. Parties were
advised not to communicate any further and take their issues to the property
management
2250 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / no
issues reported, business as usual. Parking citation issued for parking in the
fire lane.
