1253 HRS. CITIZEN ROBBERY/ 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE, V-1 REPORTED HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SELL HIS SHOES ON OFFER UP. V-1 MET S-1 UNKNOWN ON 85TH AVE. S-1 ATTEMPTED TO PAY FOR V-1 SHOES WITH COUNTERFEIT CURRENCE. V-1 OBSERVED THE CURRENCY AND ATTEMPTED TO RETRIEVE HIS SHOES. S-1 IMPLIED HE HAD A GUN AND TOOK V-1'S SHOES AND THE COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY AND FLED ON FOOT. A K-9 OFFICER RESPONDED AND TRACKED TO THE REAR OF 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. DET ALVARADO OF RST AND DET MONGE WERE NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED. LT. LYEW AND LT BUTLER WERE NOTIFIED. REPORT WRITTEN

1640 HRS. LANDLORD, TENANT DISPUTE/ 8300 BLOCK OGLETHORPE ST, CALLER WAS ADVISED.

1720 HRS. SIG 6/ 5700 BLOCK 84TH AVE, CALLER REPORTED AN OCCUPIED VEHICLE HAD BEEN SITTING IN FRONT OF THE CALLERS RESIDENCE FOR HOURS. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE VEHICLE'S DRIVER. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE ADVISED HE HAD BEEN WAITING ON A FRIEND AT HER RESIDENCE.  

1818 Attempt Burglary/ 6400 block Inlet St / 3 juvenile males were observed by a neighbor around 1300 attempting to gain entry into the residence. The males fled when they noticed the neighbor. The homeowner was advised when she returned home. REPORT WRITTEN

1945 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

2100 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, business as usual 

2120 Gunshots/ 5400 block 85th Ave / only one call for the sound of shots to the rear of the address. Officers canvassed the area on foot with negative results

2210 Disabled Vehicle/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / vehicle drove into the median. The operator called his tow who removed the vehicle.

2245 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / area was clear

2340 Premise Check/ Fountain Club & Frenchman’s Creek area was clear

0010 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / store closing for the evening. No issues reported

0020 HEAVY WINDS STARTED

0039 Unknown Trouble/ 6400 block Fairborn Terr. / caller heard someone hitting children. No issues, the residents were sleeping. Communications was unable to reach the complainant 

0145 Premise Check/ Carrollton Elem area was clear, the school lost power while on premises

0300 Property Damage/ 6000 block Westbrook Dr. / tree branch fell on vehicle, shattering its side glass. Officer’s removed the large branch and cleaned the street of debris. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
