0918 hrs., Theft from Auto / 5400 block 85th Avenue / the caller reported
an unknown suspect stole her front driver side tire. When officers
arrived the victim was not on the scene, officers made contact with her via
telephone. She stated she left to go work and will call later to file a report.

1005 hrs., Vehicle accident / 7600 block of Fontainebleau Drive /
vehicles involved in a accident, no injuries, property damages only and
information was exchanged. No report.
1130 hrs., Suspicious Person / 8400 block Annapolis Road / Manager
reported a female suspect panhandling outside in front of the business.
Officers responded, manger stated the suspect left prior to arrival, a canvass
of the area was conducted with negative results. No report.
1258 hrs., Premise Check / 8100 block Annapolis Road /
all clear.
1325 Hrs., Warrant Arrest/ Theft / 8500 block Annapolis Road / Employee called
to report a customer fled the establishment without rendering any form of
payment for his hair services. The caller stated the suspect is described as a
fair complexion, slim built, young black male, wearing all black and red
sneakers fled on Annapolis road towards Riverdale road. Officers canvassed
the area and observed the suspect walking near the KFC, a foot pursuit occurred
and ended on Harkins RD where the suspect was apprehended and placed into
custody. Warrant check revealed he was open through Prince George’s County. He
was transported to Dept. of Corrections for the warrant service and other
criminal charges. REPORT WRITTEN.
1530 hrs., Property Damages / 7300 block Oakcrest Drive / Caller stated
he observed minor damages to his vehicle. However, he was unable to determine
time and location because he utilized the vehicle all morning. He was advised
to contact his insurance carrier, no report.
1631 Hrs., Return call/Theft from Auto / 5300 block 85th Avenue / Caller reported
unknown suspect stole her front driver side tire and fled in an unknown
direction. REPORT WRITTEN
1658 Hrs., Disorderly / 5400 block 85th Avenue / the caller stated her
child father lost her keys and she was upset. The Caller located her keys and
refused further police services. No report.
1808 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ROBBERY- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- THE CALLER STATED TWO MASKED MEN ENTERED THE LISTED LOCATION AND DISPLAYED A STUN GUN AND PROCEEDED BEHIND THE COUNTER. ONCE BEHIND THE COUNTER BOTH MASKED SUBJECTS SELECTED SEVERAL BOTTLES OF COUGH SYRUP AND FLED THE T/A TO AN AWAITING VEHICLE WHICH THEN FLED DOWN 85TH AVE. NO T/A EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS REPORTED INJURIES WHILE ON SCENE. RST WAS CONTACTED AND ARRIVED ON SCENE. NCPD 3 AND NCPD 4 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.

FORCE HER BOYFRIEND OUT OF THEIR RESIDENCE. OFFICERS ADVISED THE FEMALE CALLER
ON HOW TO PROPERLY HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL REMOVED FROM THE RESIDENCE. THE CALLER
BECAME UPSET AND REFUSED FURTHER POLICE SERVICES.

STATED SHE HAD RETURNED HOME FROM BEING OUT OF TOWN FOR A FEW DAYS NOTICING
DAMAGE TO HER DOOR LOCKS. NO ENTRY WAS MADE INTO THE CALLERS RESIDENCE; THE
CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO OBTAIN NEW LOCKS FOR HER

PURSUIT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR- WHILE
ON PATROL AN OFFICER OBSERVED A VEHICLE COMMIT A TRAFFIC VIOLATION AND
ATTEMPTED TO CONDUCT A TRAFFIC STOP. THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP AND THEN FLED
TOWARDS THE LISTED LOCATION. THE VEHICLE ATTEMPTED TO PULL INTO A PARKING SPACE
A HIGH RATE OF SPEED STRIKING A PARKED VEHICLE. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE THE
FLED ON FOOT IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION. THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION HAD EXPIRED
AND WAS TOWED FOR SAFEKEEPING. AN INVENTORY SEARCH OF THE VEHICLE WAS
CONDUCTED, OFFICERS LOCATED 50 GRAMS OF SUSPECTED MARIJUANA AND SEVERAL CELL
PHONES WHICH WERE ALSO PLACED IN PROPERTY FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN
0025 HOURS- MPS- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR- WHILE
ON SCENE OF THE PREVIOUS INCIDENT A MALE SUBJECT ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE HIS VEHICLE
THROUGH THE SCENE. OFFICERS INSTRUCTED THE DRIVER TO NOT DO SO, THE DRIVER
CONTINUED TO ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH THE SCENE AND STRUCK A MARKED POLICE
VEHICLE. NO DAMAGE WAS OBSERVED TO EITHER VEHICLE. OFFICERS SMELLED THE ODOR OF
MARIJUANA, THE MALE SUBJECT WAS REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE. OFFICERS THEN LOCATED
22 GRAMS OF SUSPECTED MARIJUANA FROM THE MALE SUBJECT. THE MARIJUANA WAS PLACED
INTO PROPERTY FOR DESTRUCTION AND THE MALE SUBJECT WAS ISSUED TRAFFIC
AND CIVIL CITATIONS. REPORT WRITTEN

REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN
THE AREA. OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE
ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

MARIJUANA. OFFICERS MET WITH THE FAMILY AND ADVISED ON HOW TO SEEK HELP THROUGH
THE FAMILY CRISES CENTER.
