threats on her voicemail on her phone. The mother was not home at the time to
give any statements, nor did the caller have further information. The caller
was advised to call back once his mother returned. No reports

reported that his ex-wife would not allow their son to come with him for the
weekend. Officers reviewed the Custody paper work from the Courts, which showed
the mother had sole custody, and the son has the option to go to his father
when he chooses. The caller was advised to seek further assistance through the District

1810 HOURS ASSIST COUNTY POLICE SIGNAL 13 / 3900 BLOCK WARNER AVE- NEW CARROLLTON OFFICERS RESPONDED TO ASSIST PG COUNTY POLICE WITH A MALE SUBJECT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF (PCP). JUST PRIOR TO OUR OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. NO NEW CARROLLTON OFFICERS WERE PHYSICALLY INVOLVED IN THIS INCIDENT.

CALLER STATED HE TOLD HIS WIFE WHO WAS NOT ON SCENE NOT TO GO TO A BIRTHDAY
PARTY. THE CALLER STATED HE WANTED TO NOTIFY OFFICERS OF
WIFE'S DELIBERATE DISOBEDIENCE TO HIM. OFFICERS ADVISED THE
CALLER.

ALLOW HER INTO THEIR RESIDENCE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE HALF WHO
STATED HIS GIRLFRIEND WANTED TO LEAVE. WARRANT CHECK WAS CONDUCTED REVEALING THE
FEMALE HALF TO HAVE AN OPEN WARRANT FOR FTA. THE FEMALE HALF WAS TRANSPORTED TO
UPPER MARLBORO DOC FOR PROCESSING.

REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN
THE AREA. OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE
ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE- (RETURN CALL)- THE FEMALE HALF
HAD RETURNED HOME AND STATED THE MALE HALF WOULD NOT ALLOW HER INTO THE
RESIDENCE. THE MALE HALF STATED HE WOULD NOT ALLOW HER IN BECAUSE SHE REFUSED
TO FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS. THE MALE HALF WAS ADVISED BY OFFICERS THAT HE MUST
ALLOW THE FEMALE HALF TO ENTER RESIDENCE. BOTH THE MALE AND FEMALE HALF WERE
PROVIDED INFORMATION TO SEEK COUNSELING TO HELP WITH THEIR MARITAL ISSUES.

PERSON- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - THE
HOTEL MANAGER CALLED FOR POLICE ASSISTANCE WITH A GUEST WHO HAD BEEN SMOKING
CDS IN THEIR HOTEL ROOM. OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE GUEST WHO WAS ADVISED OF
THE HOTEL NO SMOKING POLICY. THE GUEST WAS ADVISED OF THE ADDITIONAL FEE ADDED
TO THE BILL FOR THE VIOLATION OF POLICY. NO FURTHER POLICE ACTION WAS TAKEN AND
THE INCIDENT WAS THEN HANDLED BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT.

PERSON- 8500 BLOCK CASWELL PL- THE CALLER STATED HER EX BOYFRIEND HAD BEEN
KNOCKING AT HER DOOR. PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE MALE SUBJECT WAS GOA.
OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA FOR THE MALE SUBJECT YIELDING IN NEGATIVE RESULTS.
THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT POLICE AGAIN IF HE RETURNED TO HER RESIDENCE.
2256 HOURS DUI
ARREST-7500 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD- OFFICER
RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION AND OBSERVED A VEHICLE STOPPED IN THE ROADWAY.
AS OFFICER APPROACHED THE VEHICLE THEY OBSERVED THE DRIVER AND THE
PASSENGER ASLEEP IN THE VEHICLE. OFFICER KNOCKED ON THE WINDOW TO WAKE THE
DRIVER. AFTER SEVERAL KNOCKS THE DRIVER RESPONDED AND ROLLED DOWN HIS WINDOW.
THE OFFICER SMELLED A MODERATE ODER OF ALCOHOL COMING FROM THE DRIVERS BREATH.
THE DRIVER WAS GIVEN (SFTS) AND ISSUED SEVERAL TRAFFIC CITATIONS. REPORT

OFFICERS APPROACHED THE VEHICLE AND OBSERVED THREE MALE SUBJECTS ASLEEP IN
THE VEHICLE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE THREE SUBJECTS WHO STATED THEY
HAD FALLEN ASLEEP AFTER WAITING TO SEE IF THE VEHICLE WOULD START UP.
THE DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO START THE VEHICLE AND
CONTACT A PRIVATE TOW COMPANY. CHARLIE'S TOWING WAS CONTACTED AND REMOVED THE
VEHICLE FROM THE ROADWAY FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN
