0717 hrs., Premise check 5200-5400 block of 85th / all clear 

0710 hrs., Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

0757 Hrs., Accident 85th and Annapolis Road / Two Vehicle collision property damage only, no injuries. Information was an exchange. 

0800 Hrs., Traffic complaint 85th & Annapolis Road/ All traffic lights were not working. Officers provided traffic control for public safety. 

0810 Hrs., Theft from auto 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy, Due to the traffic complaint. PGPD response and handle the incident. 

0900 Hrs., Accident 85th and Annapolis Road, Unit-1 failed to obey traffic device, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and collided with Unit-2. Both parties sustained no injuries and refused medical attention. Both vehicles were impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

1022 Hrs., Check Welfare 5300 block 85th Avenue / Officers were canceled prior to arrival. The caller advised communications he was alright.   

1030 Hrs., Disorderly 7700 block Riverdale Road / Caller stated he used the ATM to withdraw money, however; he took too long to retrieve the money and the money was recovered by the ATM. He was advised to contact his bank. No report. 

1115 Hrs., Disorderly 8200 block Annapolis Road / Report of Juvenile males loitering and panhandling.  They were gone prior to Officers arrival, a canvass of that area yielded negative results. 

1219 Hrs., Assist Motorist 5400 block of 85th Ave. / Vehicle ran out of gas, flares were deployed and the vehicle was removed out of the roadway. 

 1237 Hrs., Breaking & Entering 6600 block Rycroft Ave,  Caller stated she heard glass shattered in her basement. She opened her basement door to investigate what’s going on and observed two unknown black males inside. The caller stated she screamed and the two suspects fled outside through her basement door. No property was taken. CID and Lt. Butler were notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1414 hrs., Theft 8300 block Donoghue Drive / caller stated her package was stolen from her front porch. After talking with the caller, the theft allegedly occurred yesterday, however; she couldn’t verify further information for the report. No report. 

1521 hrs., Premise check 7700 block Riverdale Road / all clear 

1605 hrs., Premise check 8200 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

1627 hrs., Premise 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear. 

1705 hrs., Premise check 8309 Annapolis Road / all clear

1730 hrs., Commercial Alarm  7600 block Fontainebleau Drive/ All doors and windows secured unknown activation all clear.

1805 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8100 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF SEVERAL JUVENILES LOITERING.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS, THE JUVENILES WERE G.O.A.

1920 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- 

1939 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.  

1942 HOURS- WIRES DOWN- 7700 BLOCK TOPTON ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A POWER POLE THAT WAS LEANING PRECARIOUSLY TOWARDS HIS RESIDENCE. OFFICERS CONTACTED PEPCO, WHO RESPONDED TO SCENE AND BRACED THE POLE UNTIL IT CAN BE REMOVED AT A LATER DATE.

2012 HOURS- PARKING COMPLAINT- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A VEHICLE ILLEGALLY PARKED.  THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS ISSUED A NCPD PARKING CITATION AND THE VEHICLE WAS THEN MOVED.

2050 HOURS- LOUD MUSIC- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF LOUD MUSIC.  OFFICERS ON SCENE WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY DISTURBANCE OR LOUD MUSIC IN THE AREA.

2147 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2213 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE- ALL CLEAR.

2241 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- MADISON ST. /WESTBROOK DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF A SUSPICIOUS MALE KNOCKING ON RESIDENTS DOORS.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS, THE MALE WAS G.O.A.

2302 HOURS- BREAK-IN REPORT- 7900 BLOCK OLAND CT.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE FOR REPORT OF A BREAK IN.  THE CALLER STATED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT BROKE OUT A SMALL BASEMENT WINDOW, ENTERED THE RESIDENCE AND TOOK CASH, LEAVING OTHER VALUABLES UNTOUCHED.  DET. MONGE AND NCPD3 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.

0023 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HAVING A DISPUTE WITH A FEMALE OVER A JACKET.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER, WHO REFUSED POLICE SERVICES, STATING HIS PROPERTY HAD BEEN LOCATED. 

0031 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER MANAGEMENT COMPLAINED A VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE T/A LOT WITH ITS LIGHTS FACING THE DOORS.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE; HE WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY.  T/A MANAGEMENT WAS MET, ADVISED, AND ESCORTED TO THEIR VEHICLES. REPORT WRITTEN

0147 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.  

0205 HOURS- ASSIST PGFD- 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION TO CLEAR THE SCENE FOR PGFD TO RESPOND FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, AND PGFD RESPONDED AND RENDERED MEDICAL AIDE.  NO POLICE ACTION TAKEN, HANDLED BY PGFD.

0255 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A POSSIBLE DOMESTIC DISPUTE (3RD PARTY CALLER).  OFFICERS MET THE MALE AND FEMALE RESIDENTS, NEITHER OF WHICH WERE INJURED, AND BOTH REFUSED POLICE SERVICES.  THE COUPLE STATED THEY WERE MOVING THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WERE PACKING UP ITEMS AND CLEANING THE APARTMENT.  NO DOMESTIC VERIFIED.

0328 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE-  ALL CLEAR.

0342 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0417 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0451 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7300 BLOCK GAVIN ST.-  ALL CLEAR.

0520 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ALARM- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION AT THE REAR LUMBER YARD MOTION DETECTOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE T/A SECURE, WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
