0615 HOURS- PARKING COMPLAINT- 8400 BLOCK CATHEDRAL AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER COMPLAINED A VEHICLE WAS BLOCKING HIS DRIVEWAY.  OFFICERS DID NOT OBSERVE ANY VEHICLES PARKED ON THE STREET AT THE LOCATION.

0630 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

0651 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0812 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0846 HOURS- ANIMAL COMPLAINT- LAMONT DR. /FAIRBANKS ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR COMPLAINT OF A DOG RUNNING LOOSE.  N.C.P.D. ANIMAL CONTROL WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO THE AREA; THE DOG WAS G.O.A. HANDLED BY ANIMAL CONTROL.

0849 HOURS- ALARM- 5800 BLOCK LAMONT TERR.-   OFFICERS RESPONDED TO MARGRET BRENT FOR A PANIC ALARM FROM THE GUIDANCE OFFICE.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE ALARM WAS ACTIVATED ACCIDENTALLY BY STAFF MOVING/REARRANGING OFFICE FURNITURE.

0920 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0929 HOURS- WARRANT SERVICE- 7400 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  A TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED FOR A MINOR VIOLATION; THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO POSSESS AN OPEN ARREST WARRANT THROUGH MONTGOMERY COUNTY AND THE PASSENGER WAS ARRESTED FOR A WARRANT, POSSESSION OF C.D.S. AND OTHER CONTRABAND.  THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING FOR SAFEKEEPING; THE RECOVERED C.D.S. AND CONTRABAND WERE ENTERED INTO N.C.P.D. PROPERTY. REPORT WRITTEN

1107 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1126 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES.
1220 HOURS- M.P.S. - ROBERT FROST-  OFFICERS WERE APPROACHED BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ABOUT AN INCIDENT FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY IN WHICH A STUDENT BROUGHT A POCKET KNIFE TO CLASS.  THE ENTIRE SCHOOL CLASS SUSPENDED FOR HANDLING THE KNIFE AND NOT TELLING THEIR TEACHER; THE STUDENTS WERE INTERVIEWED AND ADVISED BY S.R.U.

1246 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE FOREMAN MILLS AFTER LOSS PREVENTION REPORTED A SUSPICIOUS FEMALE IN THE STORE POSSIBLY SHOPLIFTING.  UPON ARRIVAL, LOSS PREVENTION DECLINED POLICE SERVICES, AS THE FEMALE PAID FOR THE ITEMS AND LEFT THE STORE.

1332 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD / ALL CLEAR.

1435 HOURS- SHOPLIFTING REPORT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD / LOSS PREVENTION CALLED STATING THEY HAD MALE SUBJECT IN CUSTODY FOR SHOPLIFTING. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE MALE SUBJECT WAS IDENTIFIED AND ISSUED BARRING NOTICE. ALL MERCHANDISE WAS RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO THE SALES FLOOR. REPORT WRITTEN

1537 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- ALL CLEAR.

1602 HOURS- BREAKING & ENTERING IN PROGRESS- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINBLEAU DR - CALLER STATED WHILE UNLOADING HER BAGS FROM WALMART HER APARTMENT DOOR HAD BEEN CLOSED AND LOCKED BY UNKNOWN MEANS. OFFICERS ARRIVED AND USED THE CALLERS KEY AND UNLOCKED THE DOOR. OFFICERS THEN CLEARED THE RESIDENCE FOR ANY POSSIBLE SUSPECTS YIELDING IN NEGATIVE RESULTS. NO B&E OCCURRED. THE CALLERS DOOR CLOSED BEHIND HER AS SHE WENT TO GATHER MORE BAGS FROM HER VEHICLE.

1730 HOURS- ACCIDENT- WESTBROOK DR & LAMONT DR- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES. 

1805 Hrs., Check Welfare 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive . The caller wanted officers to check on his neighbor who is an elderly female and hasn't seen her for several weeks. Officers made contact with the neighbor, who was in good physical health and refused medical attention. The caller was on scene and was satisfied with the outcome. No report. 
1839 Hrs., Disorderly 8300  block Quintana Street / an Anonymous caller reported a group of teenagers on the basketball court smoking and loitering. Officers made contact with the kids, who was playing basketball. No signs of smoking or crime occurred. No report. 
1934 Hrs., Station Call/M.P.S 6016 Princess Garden Parkway, Caller (Parent) reported her son who attends Charles Carroll Middle School was involved in a fight after school with another student. The juvenile did not sustain any injuries, and the caller (parent) refused medical assistance for her son on the scene and stated she would take him to their family doctor at another time. S.R.O was notified. REPORT WRITTEN  
2030 Hrs., Premise Check 8400 block Annapolis Road / check clear no report. 
2105 Hrs., Premise Check / 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road / all clear no report. 
2130 Hrs., Accident on North Bound Veterans Parkway & Annapolis Road. /  Two vehicles involved in an accident, minor property damages, no injuries reported and information was exchanged. No report. 
2215 Hrs., Disorderly 7700 block Riverdale Road / Manager reported a customer inside the business acting disorderly and refusing to leave. The suspect was gone before officers arrived, no report. 
2300 hrs., Disorderly / 6600 block of Auburn Ave, an Unknown citizen reported several dirt bikes riding in the roadway causing a disturbance. Officers responded and located nothing; a canvass of the area was conducted with negative results. No report.  
2345 Hrs., Premise Check 8200 block Annapolis Road / all clear. 
0100 Hrs., Premise Check 8100 block Annapolis Road / all clear. 
0229 Hrs., Premise Check 7700 block Riverdale road / all clear
0318 Hrs., Premise Check 8300 block Annapolis Road /all clear
0413 Hrs., Suspicious Person 8400 block Annapolis Road / Report of a male suspect loitering, panhandling, and bothering customers inside the business. Officers responded and made contact with the manager who stated the suspect left before officers arrived. Due to a language barrier, the manager was unable to provide a full detail description of the suspect effectively. Officers conducted a canvass of the area, utilizing partial description supplied by police communications which yielded negative results. No report

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way.
