Caller stated that he has moved out of this residence and it is in contract
with a realtor and a buyer and is due to close this week. When he came to
the residence he noticed there was a lock box on the door and he did not have
access to the residence. He stated he called the realty company and they
did not know whose it was. He was advised to contact the buyer’s realtor
and speak to them about it. He stated he would, he was advised.
1024 hrs., 5900 block Mentana St/ Family
Dispute, Caller stated she has a protective order that needs to be served to
her son who was at the residence at the time. Officers arrived on scene
to discover the son in the driveway. Officers ran his information through
NCIC while serving him the protective order and he came back with a Federal
warrant out of another state. The son was transported to Department of
Corrections for service of the warrant. REPORT WRITTEN

on the welfare, caller stated an elderly male was lying on the ground.
Officers arrived to see a male lying on the ground who stated he was walking
and he fell. He had a cane and when we assisted him up he was having a
hard time walking. He was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation.

officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana in the parking lot. Officer
identified the vehicle and stopped and identified the occupants. Subjects
checked negative for warrants. A small amount of marijuana was recovered and

roommate is playing loud music refusing to turn it down. Officers were canceled

getting dinner when he was flagged down in reference to an assault. The officer
