0650 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0730 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / Check for kids walking the area for safety from buses and other vehicles in the area.  Check clear.

0800 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

0828 hrs., 7700 block Topton St/ Vandalism, caller stated someone went through his vehicle and broke pieces off of the dashboard.  The Suspect also took a can of paint and threw it inside of the vehicle.  Caller does not believe any items were taken but being covered in paint he was not sure.  Also the caller stated the vehicle had been sitting due to him losing the key so he is not sure exactly when this incident took place. REPORT WRITTEN

0910 hrs., Charles Carroll Middle School/ Security Officers possibly observed the female reported as missing yesterday at the school.  Officers arrived on scene and the juvenile was not there and believed it was probably not her at the school.  Officers canvassed the area with negative results.

1004 hrs., Station call/ Unknown information, Caller came into the station to advise she had been assaulted back in 2012 by an unknown person.  After speaking with the caller Officers discovered she suffered from a mental illness.  Assistance was offered but she just wanted to talk to someone.  

1030 hrs., Station call/ Stolen tags, female came into the station to attempted to report her tags were stolen.  When questioning her about the incident, it was discovered that it occurred in Prince George's County (David Sector).  She was advised she would have to contact them for further assistance.

1045 hrs., 8100 block Annapolis Rd / Stolen tags, the same female from the above listed call, called back.  She stated she had to taken her car to Darcars for repairs but she still wanted to report the tag stolen.  Offices again advised her she would have to return home and call from there to report the information about her tags.

1100 hrs., Business check/ Lowe's (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1118 hrs., 7300 block Sara St/ Residential Alarm, the alarm company stated the alarm was coming from the living room motion detector.  Officers checked all windows and door they could reach and they were secure.  At this time unknown cause for the activation.

1142 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Domestic Dispute, caller stated she and her boyfriend were having an argument about him disrespecting her when he pushed her.  Caller then began yelling at call taker that she was having trouble breathing.  Ambulance was dispatched as well, but caller refused to go. REPORT WRITTEN 

1230 hrs., 8300 block Stanwood St/ Residential Alarm, alarm company stated it was coming from the kitchen motion.  Officers checked all doors and window and all were locked and secure.  Unknown cause for activation at this time.

1258 hrs., Lowe's/ Theft, caller stated he left his phone in the bathroom last Saturday and when he came back it was not there.  He stated he went to T Mobile and purchased a new one but when they turned on the “find my phone” app it was located somewhere in Laurel, MD.  He advised it has since then been turned off but he wanted a report in case his identity is stolen from his phone.  He was advised by Officers on what steps he can take to prevent that to the best of his ability.  

1330 hrs., Station call/ Male came to the station to report that when he picked up his rental car a few days ago he noticed a phone in it.  He conducted his business and on his way back to return the car, at BWI where he picked it up, he wanted to drop the phone off.  He was advised that if it was found at BWI to return it there in case the owner comes back to retrieve it.  If he leaves it at another location the owner has less of a chance at getting the phone back.

1420 hrs.,  Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

1450 hrs., Business check/ Starbucks (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1517 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr. / Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1523 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Assist New Carrollton Detectives with an interview for a follow up on an investigation.  Clear without incident.

1550 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Veterans Hwy/ Check on the welfare of a male slumped behind the wheel of a taxi cab.  Officers checked the area with nothing found.

1610 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Veterans Hwy/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1620 hrs., Auburn Ave and Riverdale Rd/ Assisted Prince George's County Police with traffic control for a bus accident.

1650 hrs., 6200 Block of Kaslow Ct/ Theft, Caller stated she received a letter from her bank stating that their system had been compromised and they were working to fix it.  The caller wanted to file a theft of money, however no funds were taken and the letter stated they discovered the compromise before it affected the customers.  She was advised.

1809 Disorderly/ 6400 block Inlet St / a male from Vivint used profanity while speaking to a resident. The male was gone upon officers arrival. The resident was met and advised.

1915 Accident/ Veterans Pkwy @ Annapolis Rd / vehicle rear-ended another while entering Veterans Pkwy. Two were transported to the hospital by ambulance. REPORT WRITTEN

1935 Station Call/ Theft from Auto / 7700 block Riverdale Rd / unknown suspect stole the front license plate. REPORT WRITTEN

2000 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd business, as usual, no issues reported 

2130 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / business as usual, no issues reported

2205 Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / homeless woman was being loud after management advised her to wake up. The lady left prior to arrival

2220 School Alarm/ 8300 block Quintana St / motion and door alarm from room, all doors and windows checked secure. 

2249 Loud Music/ 8400 block Cathedral Ave / resident across the street is playing music loud. 

2210 Station Call Disorderly/ 7100 block Good Luck Rd resident heard males drinking. Officers walked the grounds with negative results 

2317 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / officers walked the grounds

2330 Premise Check/ 5800 block Lamont Terr. / officers walked the grounds 

2340 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed 

0020 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. area was clear

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way.
