loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
0840 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Flagged down by a
citizen to discuss the CDS complaint she has with her neighbor. She was
advised what to do and information was given to her to contact us when she
believes they are conducting the illegal act.
0905 hrs., 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd/ Assist
motorist with a disabled vehicle, mechanic was road testing a customer’s
vehicle when it broke down. The shop had a tow truck in route to pick up
the mechanic and vehicle. Officers stayed until the tow arrived for
traffic control and safety.
0949 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd (King Pollo)/
Burglary, Manager called when he entered the business he observed a hole in the
ceiling. He then discovered cash missing from the manager’s office.
The scene was processed, Detective Sgt. Robinson, and Lt. Butler, were notified

1304 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd. / Disorderly Persons,
caller stated there were two men who came into the store and were attempting to
use their EBT cards to buy things for persons and then obtain cash from the patron.
After a few minutes officers located a male fitting the description but could
not be confirmed by employees. Officers spoke to the male and advised him
and he was sent on his way.
1330 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Property damage,
manager of the business stated he believes his door was damaged from someone
attempting to break into his business. No entry was made and the damage
was minor, however a report was taken. REPORT WRITTEN
1405 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Dr./ Residential
Alarm, when officers arrived on scene the alarm was sounding but all the doors
were secure. A male finally came to the door who stated he was a resident
renting the basement and forgot the code. This was verified by the
address on his Maryland State Identification.
1435 hrs., 5800 block Runford Dr./ Fraud-identity theft,
caller stated he believes a female he knew used his identity to purchase a
vehicle from a car dealership. Officers are still conducting the
investigation but the male spoke to the car dealership that apologized for the
mistake on their part and are now making an attempt to rectify the issue.
Due to the amount of the possible identity theft and the caller stated the
female had done this same thing approximately a year ago to him only with
credit card accounts, a report was taken. REPORT WRITTEN

hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint
of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles,
check clear.
1612 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Domestic, female called
stating her and her boyfriend were in an altercation at approximately 1500
hrs. She stated he kicked her in the head, yelled at her, and then left
the scene. Officers arrived on scene and she refused and medical
treatment along with any Domestic Lethality questioning or assistance at the
time. Officers gave her several options and assistance to leave the
residence but she refused. She was given instructions and phone numbers
to call for assistance with the incident. REPORT WRITTEN
1730 hrs., 6000 block 89th Ave/ Residential
Burglary -Graciously handled by evening shift ****Many Thanks*****
1745 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Custody Issue, male called
stated he believed his ex-wife and her new boyfriend were going to take his son
away to another state to live. He was advised what he could do.
1817 hrs., Burglary/ 6000 block 89th Ave- unknown
suspect entered the residence by unknown means and stole the victim's
electronic property. The suspect fled prior to arrival. CID was notified of the
crime REPORT WRITTEN
1911 Theft/ 5900 block 85th Ave unknown suspects
stole two bicycles from the victim's yard. The suspects were recorded on video
and a copy is being provided to CID. REPORT WRITTEN
2000 Accident/ 6700 block Good Luck Rd no accident, the
caller's tire came off his vehicle. The caller requested a private tow. Flares
were set up until the two arrived
2107 Abandoned Vehicle/ 5300 block 85th Ave security called and
advised there was a vehicle on the premises with no tires and registration
plates. The vehicle was dumped at an unknown time. The vehicle was not stolen
per dispatch. Officers attempted to contact the complex tow company with
negative results. Security advised they will make sure the vehicle is
removed
2120 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - the area
was clear, no suspicious activity observed
2150 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - store was
preparing to close for the evening
2221 Suspicious Person/ 5300 block 85th Ave security called and
stated males were near the stairs. Officers walked the area with negative
results. The security officer left the area losing sight of the subjects
2240 Premise
Check/ 5700 block Legation Ct while checking the
area. There was a vehicle parked at the dead end of Westbrook Dr. with an
expired registration since 2011. The vehicle was impounded for not being
properly registered. REPORT WRITTEN
2328 Suspicious Vehicle Occ/ 5400 block 85th Ave caller advised
vehicle was parked without a parking permit. Officers canvassed the area with
negative results
2347 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd -the business was
closed for the evening. The lot was clear, no suspicious activity on premises

except for Charles Carroll Temp buildings. While checking the property, two
building doors were not locked and secure. The buildings were secured
prior to leaving.
0020 Premise Check/ 6100 block 85th Ave area was clear, no
suspicious activity in the area
0100 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd no suspicious
activity observed, the lot was clear
0200 Premise Check/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - area was
clear, no suspicious activity observed
0204 Traffic
Impound/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd driver failed to
stop at several traffic lights. The driver's license was suspended and revoked
which resulted in the vehicle being impounded. REPORT WRITTEN
0335 Domestic/ 5400 block 85th Ave- husband and wife had
a verbal dispute over money. The uncle was on scene and verified the dispute
was only verbal. REPORT WRITTEN
