2325 Hours- EPS- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: While on patrol, officers observed a female subject walking into on-coming traffic on Annapolis Road. Officers ordered the EPS several times to get out of the street. The EPS then stood in lane number two, crying. Officers became fearful that the EPS may be hit by a car due to the limited lighting and the dark clothing the EPS was wearing. For the safety of the EPS, officers took her into custody. The EPS was transported to Maryland Capitol Regional Hospital for a mental evaluation. Report Written
