2024 Hours -Sounds of Gunshots- 5400 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded to this location for the sounds of gunshots in the area. Officers canvassed the area for any evidence of the gunshots with negative results. No Report


2122 Hours -Family Dispute- 6400 Block of 86th Ave: Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. It was found that the caller, a juvenile, wanted to speak with somebody to help them with deciding with whom to live. The caller was contacted via phone call and advised. No Report


2132 Hours -Assault- 5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. Upon officers' arrival, contact was made with the caller trying to remove her juvenile daughter from the residence; she was advised that she could not do so. After a short time, the suspect assaulted the juvenile. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to Upper Marlboro DOC for the presentation of charges. CPS was notified of this incident. 2258 Hours -Commercial Alarm- 8200 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to this location for a report of the alarm being activated at this location. It was found that it was the cleaning crew on the scene. No Report

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
