Once on the scene, officers spoke with the caller who stated he wanted to retrieve his registration plate from his vehicle that was now in possession of his ex-wife through a court order. The registration displayed both parties' names as owners of the vehicle. Officers were not able to remove the plates since both names are on the registration card. Both parties were advised to contact their attorneys to handle the matter.
