Officers arrived on scene and spoke to an individual who was in the area and matched the description given. The individual was advised of trespassing and loitering laws and sent on his way. 1139 HOURS-Paper Service-8300 block Quentin St.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a domestic. Once on scene it was found that the female half wanted her husband served with a protection order and no other issues were reported. The male half was served with the protection order, explained the provisions of the order, and escorted from the residence. REPORT WRITTEN

1506 HOURS-Theft-5400 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a theft from a residence. Officers spoke with the caller who stated she allowed a person into her residence to use her bathroom. The caller stated she thinks the male stole her wallet from the bathroom. The caller stated when she went to check the bathroom after the male left, she found the money she thought the male took. It was found that no items were taken. The caller was advised to not let strange people into her residence in the future. NO REPORT

1810 Hours-Family dispute -5500 block Karen Elaine Dr.- Officers respond out for a family dispute. Upon arrival officers made contact with the sig 4 who reported she had a protective order on her son who came to her residence that is located outside the jurisdiction, the sig 4 was advised. 

 

1852 Hours- premise check- 5300 block 85Th Ave - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

1856 Hours- premise check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

1918 Hours- Premise check- 7700 block Riverdale Rd - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

2000 Hours- Theft - 8200 Annapolis Rd- Officers responded out for a theft. Officers took a theft report and charged the suspect with the theft. Report written

 

2013 Hours- Parking comp- 8300 block Verona Dr- Officers responded to a veh blocking a driveway. Officers made contact with the sig 4 and advised him that the vehicle belonged to his neighbor. The neighbor reported the vehicle was broken and could not shift into drive and would be getting a tow to move the vehicle. The sig 4 allowed the owner to get a private tow to move the veh. 

 

2105 Hours- Traffic Stop- Officers stopped and ticketed a vehicle committing moving violations. 

 

2208 Hours- Disorderly- 6200 block 86th Ave- Officers responded out for a roommate dispute over property. All parties were advised. 

 

2223 Hours- Premise check- 6400 block 85Th Ave- Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

2251 Hours- Parking comp- 8300 block Verona Dr- Officers returned to a vehicle blocking a driveway the sig 4 reported the neighbor was taking too long to get a tow truck to move the vehicle. Officers impounded the vehicle for being a road hazard. Report written  

 

2351 Hours- Noise comp- 5300 block 85Th Ave - Officers responded out for the sounds of slamming doors. the sig 4 was advised. 

 

0003 Hours- Welfare check- 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr - Officers responded out for a welfare check requested by a third party. The subject was ok and refused any further services.  

 

0055 Hours- Assist County PD- 7400 block Annapolis Rd-Officers assisted county PD with a theft suspect who fled the scene. 

 

0135 Hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

0218 Hours- Premise check- 8100 block Annapolis Rd- - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

0230 Hours- Premise Check- Harland St @ Rycroft Ave- - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing found.

 

0240 Hours- Sig 5- 7300 block Gavin St- Officers observed a vehicle displaying tags issued to another. Officers confiscated the tags. Report written

 

0248 Hours- Traffic / Impound- Mahoney Dr @ Legation Rd-Officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with suspended tags with a pickup order. The driver was ticketed and the vehicle was impounded for being a road hazard. Report written

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
