vehicle with the windows closed. officers removed the child from the vehicle
with extremely high interior temperature. Officers arrested the owner of the
vehicle for child abuse. the child was checked by fireboard. the child was ok.
the mother of the child responded out and took custody of the child. CPS was
notified and will conduct an investigation at a later date. NCPD 2 and 3
