0640 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. NO REPORT

 

0725 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report 

 

0845 hours - Premise check - 7700 block of Riverdale Road: All clear.

 

0933 hours - Roommate dispute - 7600 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that his roommate does not respect him. Officers responded to the location, talked to both parties and advised them. No report

 

1057 hours - Armed person - 5300 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that last night someone broke into her residence and she thinks that he might be inside the apartment because his vehicle was parked in the parking lot. Officers responded to the location, cleared the residence and no one was inside. The caller was advised. No report 

 

1135 hours - Accident - Annapolis Road and 495 Southbound: Officers responded to the location for an accident call but could not locate the vehicles that were involved. No report 

 

1235 hours - Premise Check - 8200 block Annapolis Road: check clear.

 

1337 hrs. Premise Check 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Check Clear.

 

1425 hours - Accident - 8300 block Annapolis Road: Unit 1 rear ended Unit 2, property damage only. Officers responded to the location and exchanged information between both drivers. No report 

 

1431 hours - Accident - 7800 block of Riverdale Road: Unit 1 rear ended Unit 2, property damage only. Officers responded to the location and exchanged information between both drivers. No report 

 

1543 hrs. Premise Check 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Check Clear.

 

1606 hours - Disorderly - 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that there is a customer inside the store playing music on his speaker. Officers responded to the location, advised the customer and sent him on his way. No report 

 

1630 hours - Landlord & Tenant dispute - 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive: The landlord stated that his tenant is not paying him rent. Officers responded to the location and advised the caller. No report 

 

1711 hrs. Premise Check 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Check Clear.

 

1830 Hours- Theft- 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. The caller advised he was at this location to sell his cell phone he advertised on offer up. The caller advised the person he was selling the phone to grabbed it and ran into this location without payment. the caller. The caller advised he the phone was old and he refused any further police services. No report

 

1852 Hours-Animal Complaint- 7800 block Riverdale Rd. The caller advised her cat scratched her and she no longer wanted the animal. The caller was advised of Animal Control. No report

 

1930 Hours- Premise Check- 7500 block of Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

 

2019 Hours- Domestic- 5300 block 85th Ave. The caller advised her boyfriend was intoxicated and she wanted him to leave her home. Officers made contact with the male and escorted him out of the home. The caller refused any further police services. No report

 

2055 Hours- Family Dispute- 8500 block Caswell Pl. The caller stated she was having a dispute with her brother. Both parties were advised and the dispute was settled. No report

 

2117 Hours-Loud Music- 6400 block Fairborn Ter- The caller advised of loud music from this location. None was heard by officers. No report

 

2255 Hours-Overdose- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. The caller advised her sister had too much Patron and was throwing up. Handled by fireboard. No report 

 

2315 Hours- Premise Check- 5400 block 85th Ave Checked clear

 

0018 Hours- Sexual Assault- 8500 block Annapolis Rd. The caller found his girlfriend at the hotel with another male. The caller stated his girlfriend was sexually assaulted. However, the girlfriend did not make any allegations. NC3 notified. Report written

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
