0640 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. NO REPORT

 

0756 hours - Family dispute – 5400 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that her mother in law is having a verbal dispute with her. Officers responded to the location, Mobile crisis phone number was provided and advised all parties. No report 

 

0825 hours - Disable vehicle - Annapolis Rd & Riverdale Rd: The caller stated that her vehicle is disabled at the location. When officers responded to the location, the driver of the vehicle moved her vehicle from the travel lanes and was waiting for her tow truck. No report 

 

0839 hours - Check welfare - 8600 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that there are two males sleeping in the laundry room and he wants them to send them on their way. Officers responded to the location and sent the males on their way. No report 

 

0907 hours - Suspicious occupied vehicle - 7700 block Riverdale Road: The unknown caller stated that there is a suspicious occupied vehicle at the location. Officers responded to the location but the vehicle was GOA. No report 

 

1021 hours - Fraud - 7500 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that someone has been using her card in Florida. The caller was advised. No report 

 

1125 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report 

 

1245 hours - Premise check - 7700 block of Riverdale Road: All clear.

 

1335 hours - Premise Check - 8200 block Annapolis Road: check clear.

 

1448 hours - Fraud - 6000 block 84th Avenue: The caller stated that he got scammed. Officers responded to the location, gathered all the information for the report and advised the caller. Report generated

 

1437 hrs. Premise Check 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Check Clear.

 

1543 hrs - Premise Check - 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Check Clear.

 

1633 hours - Residential alarm - 5400 block 85th Avenue: Officers responded to the location for an alarm call. The exterior door was secured and there were no signs of forced entry. The key holder responded to the scene and the apartment was cleared by the officers. No report

 

1725 hours - Premise check - Plaza 30. All clear

 

1800 Hours- Assist Fire- 8200 block Annapolis Rd. The dispatcher advised a male was calling in false fire alarms. Officers were dispatched to this location to check for the male which yielded negative results.  No report

 

1958 Hours- Disorderly- 5400 block 85th Ave. Officers were dispatched to this location for a disorderly. Once on the scene, it was found to be a landlord-tenant dispute. All parties were advised. No report

 

2030 Hours- Premise Check- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Checked clear

 

2130 Hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

 

2210 Hours- Return Missing-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. Child was reported missing this morning. The child showed up at his grandmother's home. The child's mother decided it was best for him to stay there. Report written

 

2325 Hours- Disorderly- 5400 block 85th Ave. The caller advised she gave a mechanic money to do some work which he didn't complete. The caller was advised. No report

 

2357 Hours- Found- 7400 block Riverdale Rd. The caller advised a bobcat was stolen from a worksite in Virginia. The GPS was alerting in this area. Officers checked the area with negative results. No report 

 

0030 Hours- Premise Check- 5200 block of 85th Ave. Checked clear

 

0019 Hours- Traffic Stop- Annapolis Rd./ 85th Ave. Officers observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. After making contact with the driver it was found that the driver was from out of town and was not use to the traffic patterns. The driver was advised. No report 

 

0115 Hours- Premise Check-7400 block Riverdale Rd. Checked clear

 

0230 Hours- Premise Check-8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

 

0252Hours -Landlord-Tenant Dispute- 5300 block 85th Ave. The caller advised he wanted his tenant removed because he was in his room talking loudly. The caller was advised. No report

 

0300 Hours- Premise Check- 8100 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

 

0400 Hours- Check Welfare- 5400 block 85th Ave. The caller advised she couldn't sleep and wasn't making much sense. Officers spoke with the caller who refused service. No report

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
