  0546 Hours- Traffic stop- Cipriano @ Lanham Severn Rd- Officers observed a vehicle swerving erratically officers stopped the vehicle and observed the driver empty a bottle of beer out of the door and throw the bottle into the woods. Officers requested David sector to take over the incident.
