Communications advised that they receive an alarm from the location. Officers
responded to the location and found the owner was on the scene, Accident by the

1311 hours - MPS/Alleged Kidnapping - Annapolis Rd & 85th
Ave: The caller stated while he was stopped at the traffic light, at the
intersection on 85th avenue & eastbound Annapolis Road. An unidentified man
exited a blue Chevrolet work van with Temporary Virginia registration
approached a dark-colored unknown model Ford sedan, and opened the passenger
side door. The man began to argue and yell obscenities at the female passenger
and then grab her, pulling her out of the vehicle. The man dragged the female
back to his vehicle, made a U-turn at the light, and fled westbound Annapolis
Road towards Landover Hills, MD, making good of their escape. Officers
canvassed the area with nothing found. We do not have a victim or suspect
information at this time, this was an observation by the witness. Only one call
was reported for this incident. Officers notified the On-call Commander. Report

when she came out of her friend's residence. However, the caller called back

0045 HOURS- TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT/ ARREST- 5400
BLOCK OF 85TH AVE- OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO CONDUCT A TRAFFIC STOP ON A VEHICLE
THAT COMMITTED A TRAFFIC VIOLATION, AT WHICH TIME THE DRIVER FAILED TO STOP AND
STRUCK A PARKED VEHICLE. THE DRIVER THEN BAILED OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS
APPREHENDED BY OFFICERS IN A WOODED AREA. DRIVER WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST,
TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR MINOR INJURIES AND THEN TO DOC FOR PRESENTATION
OF CHARGES. TINOS TOWING RESPONDED TO THE SCENE TO IMPOUND THE VEHICLE. NC 2
WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

AVE- CALLER STATED THAT HE WANTED TO REPORT PROPERTY DAMAGE TO A NEIGHBORS
