2058 Hrs. Loud Music Complaint- 5300 block 85th Ave., Officers
responded to the listed location for complaints of loud music coming from one
of the units. Officers were able to locate the unit and made contact with the
occupants of the residence and advised that their music was loud. The occupants
then turned the music down and apologized. No Report
2138 Hrs. Accident/DUI- Annapolis Rd & 85th Ave., Officers responded to the listed location for a single-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers observed three male subjects in a black sedan. Then vehicle struck four State of Maryland Traffic Control Devices. Officers then observed the passengers of the vehicle discard alcohol bottles out of the vehicle. All three occupants then exited the vehicle and became combative. All three subjects were detained, the driver of the vehicle showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. The driver then refused SFT’s and BAC’s testing. The driver was issued several Maryland Traffic Citations. The vehicle was impounded as it was disabled in the roadway from the collision. Maryland State Highway was contacted and secured the live wires sticking out of the ground from the collision. Report Written
