0935 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Domestic, caller stated she and her friend got into a verbal argument and she wanted him to leave.  The male half left and just wanted to talk to the female but she would not answer the door or his phone calls.  Due to the female being on a program for living and not being allowed to have anyone at her residence, she refused to cooperate with officers, for fear she will get kicked out of the program.  Caller refusal, No Report.

1110 hrs. 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Traffic complaint, caller was the vehicle assistance to advise a vehicle was having mechanical issues and broken down in the roadway.  Officers checked the area and did not locate the vehicle.  Officers canvassed the area and located the vehicle several hundred feet down the road in David sector, they were advised.  No Report.

 

1133 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Trespass, caller stated there was a male sleeping in the laundry room and urinating.  Officers arrived and located a male in the laundry room who was putting his belongings in storage.  A resident told officers he was a guest of his and allowed to put his stuff in storage.  No Report.

1548 hrs., 5800 block Runford Dr/ Parking complaint, caller stated there is a truck parked on the sidewalk.  Officers checked the area with nothing found.  No Report.

 

1600 hrs., Topton St and Lamont Dr/ Information for a driver, the driver of one vehicle wanted to make sure they can park the vehicle on the street until family can come and pick it up.  No Report.

1800 hrs. Loud Noise Complaint - 5200 block 85^th Ave. - Officers responded to the listed location and made contact with the caller who stated here neighbors' kids won't sit down. The caller was advised to set up a mediation with the complex. No Report

1833 hrs. Landlord Dispute. 6200 block 86^th Ave- Offices arrived on scene and made contact with the caller who stated her landlord change the locks to the residence preventing her from entering. Further investigation revealed that the caller had been issued a final Peace Order through the District Court, preventing her enter the residence. The caller was advised. No Report

1849 hrs. Family Dispute. 5300 block 85^th Ave- Officer responded to the listed location for a family dispute. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated she and her husband couldn’t get along. Officers spoke with both parties who came to a resolution without incident and continued with their night. No Report

1923 hrs. Premise Check. 8400 block Annapolis Rd. - Check Clear

2023 hrs. Neighbor Dispute. 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a neighbor dispute. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated her neighbor had become so upset that while knocking on her apartment door, the neighbor had broken the locking mechanism. Contact was made with the neighbor who stated the damage was accidental, he only wanted to get their attention because of the constant noise being made over the top of his head throughout the day. Emergency maintenance was contacted and replaced the lock for the door. Report Written

2024 hrs. . Loud Noise Complaint 5200 block 85^th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location and made contact with the caller who stated her neighbor's kids won’t sit down. The caller was advised to set up a mediation with the complex. Officers were able to make contact with the problem house and advised the neighbor of the ongoing issues the loud noise. The resident stated they would do their best to keep the kid from running around so much. No Report

2133 hrs. Disorderly Person. 5300 block 85^th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for an intoxicated male banging on the caller's apartment door. The caller stated she needs officers to remove the male subject. Officers made contact with the male subject who stated he was trying to visit his girlfriend. The male subject was advised that she didn’t want to see him because of the condition he was in. The male subject was transported to a safe location. No Report

0105 hrs. Loud Party Complaint. 7800 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a loud party complaint. Upon arrival, officers were able to hear screaming and shouting along with loud music coming from the problem residence. Contact was then made with the lease holder, the leaseholder was issued a Maryland Uniform Criminal for keeping a disorderly house. This was the third time officers had been dispatched to the listed location for loud parties. Report Written
