ANNAPOLIS ROAD - OFFICERS STOPPED THE MALE AT THE NEW CARROLLTON METRO
STATION. THE CELLPHONE WAS RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO T-MOBILE. THE MALE
WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR A
PRESENTATION OF CHARGES.

INSIDE. THEY WERE BOTH IDENTIFIED AND CHECKED NEGATIVE FOR WARRANTS. THE CALLER
DECLINED TO PURSUE CHARGES ACCEPTING THE INDIVIDUALS TO PAY FOR THEIR ITEMS.

Dispute-6100 block Westbrook Dr. - caller advised that a friend
parked on the roadway, in front of the neighbor's house. The neighbor then
began yelling profanity at the caller's friend and telling them they can’t park
