0730 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - the manager advised of a male in front asking customers for money. The male was stopped, cooperative, advised and sent on his way. No report

0910 Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St - the area was clear.

0943 Attempt to Locate/ 6100 block 86th Ave - A-Sector requested assistance in attempting to locate a juvenile female. Officers made contact with the resident who advised the juvenile was not at their residence. No report

1113 Premise Check/ 7100 block Good Luck Rd - the area was clear

1130 Theft Arrest/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd - the manager observed the arrested concealing store merchandise on his person. Officers stopped the arrested in the 7900 blk of Annapolis Rd. The arrested was transported to Regional Processing (DOC) for the presentation of charges.  REPORT WRITTEN

1235 Accident/ 5805 Lamont Dr. Unit 1 was test driving the vehicle when the steering became loose. Unit 1 crashed into Unit 2 while it was parked on the street unoccupied. There were no injuries. An ACRS will be completed.

1354 Accident/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd Unit 1 failed to stop at the red light and struck Unit 2 while it was exiting the shopping center. The crash disabled both units. Unit 1 was transported to Doctors Hosp. for treatment. ACRS Report written

1415 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - the caller advised a male was following her with drones in tunnels. An officer responded and spoke with the caller. It was determined the caller suffers from a mental illness. No report

1430 Accident/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - Parties were able to exchange information and provided case numbers for reference. No report

Welfare Check/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd - the driver of Unit 1 walked off from the hospital prior to being treated. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. There was no answer at the door. No report

Welfare Check/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd - The brother put a pot on the stove and left the residence. The house was filled with smoke. The family was able to remove the pot. The area was canvassed with negative results. No report

1730 Domestic/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the parties were arguing over the use of a vehicle. The owner was contacted and the issue was settled. No report

1756 Domestic/ 5300 block 85th Ave - Officers made contact and the argument was verbal. The couple was having an emotional altercation. There were no injuries. They were advised to separate and talk with calm emotions. No report

1820 hrs., Starbucks/ Disorderly, caller advised there was a male yelling at customers to buy him coffee and other things.  When Officers arrived they observed him but he then ran from the location down to Westbrook Drive.  Officers searched the area with negative results.  Caller stated he has been in the store over the last few days, however they did not call and advise officers.  No Report.

1840 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Accident, caller advised while he was stopped in the parking lot a male walked up to his vehicle and walked into it stating he was struck.  The pedestrian was extremely intoxicated and walked several feet after the accident but needed the ambulance due to his inability to walk.  When fireboard arrived he declined their service and wanted a ride home.  There was no damage to the vehicle just dust marks, all information was taken from both parties and a report was completed.  Report written

1910 hrs., 7500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Check on the welfare, caller advised her son was back home and wanted the Police to EPS him for his drug use.  Officers spoke to both individuals. The caller demanded we take him to the hospital, however he did not fit any criteria for us to assist.  We spoke to the son who was high on CDS but very calm and mellow, he was not causing any issues at this time.  The caller was advised what action she could take next.  No Report.

2120 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Residential Alarm, alarm was coming from motion detection.  Officers arrived, checked all doors and windows and they checked secure.  Unknown cause for the activation.  No Report.

2135 hrs., 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Suspicious person, caller advised there was someone sleeping under her porch.  Speaking to the male he stated he lives in southern Maryland and had no way to get home so he made himself an area to sleep until he could find a ride.  The male was escorted off of the property and advised.  Report written

2347 hrs., Annapolis Rd at the Beltway/ Accident, two vehicle accident.  Both parties from one vehicle were transported to the hospital for injuries.  Both vehicles were disabled and towed for safekeeping.  Report written

0116 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Disorderly; Officers attempted to advise both the caller and the fiancé what actions needed to be taken, however they did not want to hear what Officers had to say.  When we advised them to go to the Commissioners officer they replied they already did, they also stated they had a Peace order but could not provide a copy to Officers.  They were advised.  No Report.
