2131 hours- Accident- Annapolis Road prior to the 95 S/B ramp- Driver attempted to avoid colliding with another vehicle that turned left on to the 95 S/B ramp, which resulted in him losing control, spinning out, and striking a pedestrian support pole, disabling his vehicle. The driver had a private towing service remove the vehicle from the roadway. However, an A.C.R.S report was generated.

However, Officers discovered blood smeared on the walls and floor of the location. There was a broken glass bowl inside a trash can in the residence which led Officers to believe the caller may have been injured. The caller arrived on scene stating she had accidentally cut her hand and went to self-treat it in a hurry. The caller then refused further medical and Police services; she was advised.
