report of a landlord-tenant dispute. It was found that the issues presented
were not an emergency and both parties were referred to Landlord-Tenant court

Annapolis Rd.- Officers were flagged down at this location for theft from auto.
Officers spoke with the owner of the vehicle and found that the vehicle was
broken into, by a broken out rear driver side window, while she and other
family members were in their room getting prepared to go out. The caller was
advised to contact her insurance company for repairs to the window.

84th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of found property.
Officers made contact with the caller who stated that he tracked his phone to
this location. Officers stood-by while the male made contact with the homeowner
who found the phone earlier in the day and was attempting to contact his
contacts to return the phone. The phone was returned to the owner without
issue.

2028 hours- Threats complaint- 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive - Officers made
contact with the caller who stated her juvenile son was being bullied by
several juveniles who may also attend Parkdale High School. The caller stated
the juveniles chased her son and cornered him, however no assault or threats
took place. The caller was advised to report the incident to the school to seek
mediation between the juveniles involved.

responded to the residence for an activated panic alarm. Upon arrival, there
were no signs of distress or forced entry. Officers then made contact with the
homeowners who stated they accidentally hit the wrong button when disarming the
alarm; they were advised.

assisted Prince George's County Police with a canvass of the area for a suspect
involved in a shooting just outside our jurisdiction, the incident was
ultimately handled by PGPD. Officers were unable to locate the suspect and
cleared the scene without incident.

and was uncooperative. The victim stated the problem half was gone prior to
