warrant. They were photographed, issued criminal citations for possession of
CDS paraphernalia, and then were transported to their residence nearby.

Officers initially responded to the location for a report of an alleged
non-contact shooting. The caller stated shortly after the male left on foot,
she heard what she thought was a gunshot outside of her residence and believes
the male was responsible although a weapon was never mentioned or seen when she
had contact with the male. Officers canvassed the area and discovered no evidence
of gun fire. The male was discovered nearby unarmed, however a warrant check
revealed him to possess an open warrant through Montgomery County. The male was
subsequently transported to Hyattsville Department of Corrections.
