2054 hours - Theft – 8200 block Annapolis road: Officers responded to the location, talked to the caller and discovered that they got all their property back and the suspects fled the area without any further incident. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who advised that his vehicle was missing. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been impounded for a parking violation.
