0038 HOURS-Vehicle Impound/Warrant Arrest-7700 block Annapolis Rd.- The tags were suspended for emissions as of November of 2018. Upon doing a warrant check of the driver it was found that he had an open warrant for his arrest.  The driver was transported to Hyattsville Department of Corrections for service of the warrant.
