1640 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER T/A MANAGEMENT REPORTED A MALE LOITERING AT THE LOCATION AND REFUSING TO LEAVE. T/ A MANAGEMENT AND THE MALE WERE ADVISED, AND THE MALE ELECTED TO LEAVE THE LOCATION WITHOUT INCIDENT. 1807 hours - Lockout - 8500 block Madison Street: Officers met the caller and advised her to contact a locksmith. No report-300

Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone.
