0800 HOURS- TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT- WESTBROOK DR & LAMONT DR. - THERE WERE NO TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS OBSERVED. STUDENTS AND SCHOOL BUSES WERE ABLE TO MAKE SAFE PASSAGE INTO THE SCHOOL.(CODED 318, NO REPORT).

1425 HOURS- TRESPASSING ARREST- 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - IT WAS DISCOVERED HE HAD BEEN ISSUED A CRIMINAL CITATION FOR TRESPASSING AT THE LOCATION ALONG WITH A BARRING NOTICE ON 02/03/2019. THE MALE SUBJECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C. FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. (CODED 707, REPORT WRITTEN).

1505 HOURS- CUSTODY DISPUTE- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.- THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO HAVE P.G.P.D. PERFORM A WELLFARE CHECK OF THE CHILD AT THE FATHERS RESIDENCE, AND REFERRED TO THE FAMILY COURTS FOR SERVICES. CODED 300 (CUSTODY DISPUTE, CIVIL ISSUE).

1558 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION BETWEEN THE INVOLVED PARTIES. CODED 309 (INFORMATION EXCHANGE). 

1610 HOURS- ASSIST L.H.P.D.- 6200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   OFFICERS CANVASSED THE SURROUNDING AREAS FOR THE SUSPECT WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.  NO ACTION TAKEN BY NCPD PERSONNEL. CODED 300 (NO REPORT HANDLED BY LHPD).

1844 hours - Disorderly – 8400 block Annapolis Road: A canvass of the area yielded in negative result. No report - 300

1912 hours - Civil Dispute – 8400 block Annapolis Road: Officers met with the caller and the employee and they both were advised. No report - 300

1921 hours - Accident call - 8600 block of Annapolis Road: Officers responded to the scene and facilitated an exchange of required information between the involved parties. No report - 309-A

1927 hours - Accident call/Injury - 8300 block of Annapolis Road: Unit -1 struck unit-2 and due to the impact unit-1 lost control and struck unit-3 that was parked. Unit-1 passenger was transported to hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Unit-1 was disabled and was impounded by Charlie’s towing. Report written - 509I

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
