1015 Hours - Traffic/ impound- 7600 Block
of Fontainebleau dr. - While on patrol officers observed a
vehicle commit a traffic violation. A traffic stop was conducted on the
vehicle, after making contact with the driver it was discovered a pickup order
was issued for the registration plates. REPORT WRITTEN
1044 Hours- Robbery- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. –
A male subject arrived at NCPD headquarters and stated that he had been robbed
on 11/20/2018 at approximately 2130 hours in the parking lot of the listed
location. The victim stated he was at the location to sell a vehicle, at this
time the purchaser arrived and occupied the driver seat. At this time another
male subject entered the vehicle and sat in the back seat behind the victim.
The purchaser then handed the victim $3500.00 dollars and the victim turned
over the vehicle title. At this time the passenger placed a gun to the back of
the victims head and demanded the money. The victim turned over the money in
fear for his life and was told to exit the vehicle. Both the purchaser and the
unknown male suspect fled in the vehicle making good on their escape. REPORT

1108 Hours- Vehicle Impound- 7200 Block of
Longbranch Dr. – Officers impounded two vehicles that had been
ticketed and on several occasions for expired registration. Officers later
discovered the vehicle registration plates displayed fraudulent registration
stickers which were removed and placed into property as evidence. REPORT

of Riverdale Rd. - While on patrol officers observed a
vehicle commit a traffic violation. A traffic stop was conducted on the
vehicle, after making contact with the driver it was discovered a pickup order

1529 Hours- Premise Check – 7700 block
Riverdale Rd. – All Clear.
1645 Hours- Theft- 8400 block Annapolis Rd.
– the caller stated four juvenile males enter
the store and attempted to steal coats and run out of the exit. Upon officers
arrival contact was made with Loss Prevention who stated, all four males were
GOA and all merchandise was recovered. Loss Prevention stated police services
were no longer needed.
1648 Hours- Accident- 7700 block Riverdale Rd.
- Two vehicle accident with no injuries, both
drivers conducted an exchange of information.

received an unknown call from a cell phone. Officers checked the building and
