0937 HOURS - TRESPASSING COMPLAINT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - CALLER STATED A MALE SUBJECT WAS LOITERING IN THE BUILDING. PRIOR TO OFFICER ARRIVAL POLICE SERVICES WERE CANCELED.

1017 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 5200 - 5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE.- ALL CLEAR. 

1134 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK – 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR. 

1205 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1305 HOURS - TRESPASSING – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A MALE SUBJECT WHO HAD BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE BY THE  STORE MANAGER FOR PANHANDLING. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE SUBJECT. A WARRANT CHECK WAS CONDUCTED REVEALING THE MALE SUBJECT TO HAVE AN OPEN WARRANT THROUGH PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE. THE MALE SUBJECT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DOC FOR PROCESSING.

1321 HOURS - FRAUD REPORT – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - CALLER STATED A MALE SUBJECT USING A FICTITIOUS NAMED CALLED THE LISTED LOCATION ON 11/25/2018 STATING HE WAS AN INVESTIGATOR FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE.  THE MALE SUBJECT INSTRUCTED THE CLOSING SUPERVISOR TO TAKE FUNDS FROM THE T/A AND LOAD IT ONTO A GIFT CARD FOR AUDIT PURPOSES. THE MALE SUBJECT THEN TOLD THE CLOSING SUPERVISOR TO PROVIDE HIM WITH THE NUMBERS LOCATED ON THE CARD. THE MALE SUBJECT THEN STATED HE WOULD COME INTO THE T/A TO COLLECT THE GIFT CARDS. REPORT WRITTEN

1400 HOURS - VANDALISM – 6600 BLOCK IAN ST. - CALLER STATED THE CAB DRIVER KNOCKED OVER HER LIGHT POLE. THE CAB DRIVER AND THE HOME OWNER EXCHANGED INFORMATION AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE THE POLE REPAIRED. 

1529 HOURS - TRAFFIC/ IMPOUND - VETERANS PKWY- OFFICER OBSERVED A VEHICLE COMMIT A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. A TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED, DURING THE STOP IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION WAS SUSPENDED. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR SAFEKEEPING.

1745 HOURS -  DISORDERLY- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR ROOMMATES HAVING A VERBAL ARGUMENT ABOUT RENT. BOTH PARTIES WERE MET AND ADVISED. 

1815 hrs., ACRS/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy/ one vehicle drove up on the curb causing the driver to crash and damaged their vehicle. Driver was injured and transported the Doctor's Hospital by EMS. REPORT WRITTEN

1820 hrs., Accident/ 7500 block Annapolis Rd/ two vehicles collided and parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers

2031 hrs., Comm. Alarm/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ alarm, accidental by employee

2135 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / All Clear.

2245 hrs., Premise Check/ 7200 block Goodluck Rd/ All Clear.

2310 hrs., Premise Check/ 6200 block 86th Ave/ All Clear.

2338 hrs., Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Officers observed two females arguing at the bus stop and getting into a fighting stance. Officers approached the females and asked them what was going on. One of the females advised officer the other female disrespected her husband. Both parties were advised and sent on their way. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
