0631 hrs., Accident - 8400 block of Annapolis Road, Unit-1 traveling on Eastbound Annapolis Road at a high rate of speed, failed to control and stuck Unit-2 who stopped at a red light. Unit-1 continued and ended in the 8600 block of Annapolis road.  Both vehicles were disabled and impounded for safekeeping. The driver of unit-2 transported to the hospital for injuries. REPORT WRITTEN
0749 hrs., Open Door – 5800 block Lamont Terrace - Police Communications advised a citizen walking in the area observed a rear door open. Officers responded, checked the entire building and found no signs of any crime or entry open.  Also, Dispatch advised they received no alarm calls, no report. ***RCOP***  
0832 hrs., Premise Check - 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
0845 hrs., Lockout – 7700 block Riverdale Road, the Caller reported his two years old locked inside of his vehicle. Prince George’s County Fire Department responded and assisted with removing the child safely. No report. 
0928 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Road - The Caller lock his keys in the vehicle, a locksmith was contacted and assisted. No report. 
1220 hrs., Vandalism – 5400 block 85th Avenue, The Caller reported an unknown suspect slashed all four tires on his vehicle. The caller was provided with the incident number and advised to contact his insurance company. REPORT WRITTEN
1300-1430 hrs., Assist - 4400 block of  Baltimore Avenue, Bladensburg, Maryland, Police Communications requested all units to respond to this area for shots fired. The suspect used a handgun to successfully commit suicide in front of the officer while on a traffic stop. No report.
1503 hrs., Accident - Lamont Drive & Powhatan Street (Intersection) Two vehicles collided, minor property damages, no injuries reported and information exchanged. No report. 
1540 Hrs., Vehicle Release - 6016 Princess Garden Parkway, Officers Assisted and provided the release paperwork to the owner to retrieve his vehicles from the impound lot. No report. 
1804 HOURS - RESIDENTIAL ALARM – 6100 BLOCK 85TH PL - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND DISCOVERED NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY, THERE WAS NO ANSWER AT THE DOOR. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE SECURED. NO REPORT.

1821 HOURS - ACCIDENT W/ ARREST – 6400 BLOCK LAMONT DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WHO STRUCK A PARKED VEHICLE CAUSING DISABLING DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES. THE DRIVER ADMITTED TO HAVE BEEN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. IN ADDITION, THE DRIVER POSSESSED A SUSPENDED LICENSE. AN SFT WAS CONDUCTED ON THE DRIVER, THE DRIVER ALSO SUBMITTED TO A B.A.C AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSPORTED TO UPPER MARLBORO DOC FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN

1850 HOURS - DOMESTIC – 8300 BLOCK NICHOLSON ST. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HER BOYFRIEND WAS HARASSING HER ABOUT MONEY. THE BOYFRIEND WAS NOT ON SCENE; HOWEVER THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE. NO REPORT.

1929 HOURS - RETURN CALL – 8300 BLOCK NICHOLSON ST- OFFICERS RESPONDED BACK TO THE LOCATION AFTER CALLER ADVISED HER BOYFRIEND WAS OUTSIDE BANGING ON THE DOOR. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE GENTLEMAN WHO WAS UPSET BECAUSE HIS GIRLFRIEND'S FATHER OWED HIM MONEY. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS ADVISED TO ALSO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS THEN TRANSPORTED TO HIS RESIDENCE IN LANHAM. NO REPORT.

2050 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR. - ALL CLEAR. 

2130 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 8400 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD   - ALL CLEAR.

2245 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK -  7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - ALL CLEAR.

2330 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK -  5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - ALL CLEAR.

0038 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK -   5300-5400 BLOCK 85TH AVENUE- ALL CLEAR

0146 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK (LOOSE DOG) - 8100 BLOCK OF QUENTIN ST. - WHILE ON PATROL AN OFFICER OBSERVED A LOOSE DOG ON THE ROADWAY, THE DOG THEN RAN UP TO A HOUSE. OFFICER KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE DOG'S OWNER. THE DOG WAS BROUGHT INSIDE, OTHERWISE ALL CLEAR.  NO REPORT.

0213 HOURS - VEHICLE LOCKOUT- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD- OFFICERS ASSISTED A PERSON LOCKED OUT OF THEIR VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT. THE OFFICER WAS ABLE TO GAIN ENTRY UTILIZING A LOCKOUT KIT. NO REPORT.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
