0754 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
1102 hrs., Domestic / 7700 block Riverdale Road, The caller reported he called the police because his wife refuses to stay home with the kids so that he can go out to socialize. After a brief discussion with both parties, everyone was able to come to an understanding, and the caller refused further police services and was satisfied with the outcome — no report.  
1330 hrs., Check Welfare / 8300 block of Annapolis Road, A unknown caller reported a Hispanic male laying down on the grass near the Wendy's. Officers located the intoxicated man, EMS responded on scene and completed their assessment, which they advised alcohol intoxication. The citizen lived in Lanham, MD off of Princess Garden Pkwy, after his warrant check returned with nothing open, officers transported the gentleman home. No report. 
1415 hrs., Residential Alarm / 6600 block Chestnut Avenue, Accidental by the homeowner who advised everything is alright and refused further police services. No report. 
1614 hrs., Fire Alarm / 8400 block Annapolis Road / Officers were canceled before arrival, Communications advised a customer (juvenile) pulled the fire alarm handle and the fire department already cleared. No report.  
1712 hrs., Pedestrian Struck / 7700 block of Annapolis Road, The pedestrian was in the crosswalk at the intersection of Hawkins Road & Annapolis, when Unit-1, was turning left from Finns Lane onto Annapolis Road, did not see and struck the pedestrian. The civilian sustained minor injuries, however; he was transported to U.M. Prince George’s Hospital Center. Unit-1 (vehicle) sustained minor property damages; REPORT WRITTEN
1745 hrs., Accident / 6100 block Lamont Drive, Two vehicles involved in an accident, no injuries reported and minor property damage. Handle by evening shift — no report.
1747 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

1847 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DISPUTE BETWEEN A MALE AND FEMALE OVER A CELL PHONE.  THE CALLER REPORTED LOSING HER PHONE, IT WAS FOUND BY ANOTHER RESIDENT WHO RETURNED IT TO HER, BUT SHE CLAIMED THE MALE REMOVED THE S.I.M. CARD FROM THE PHONE.  ALL PARTIES WERE IDENTIFIED, ADVISED AND REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.

2241 HOURS- PEDESTRIAN STRUCK- 7400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A PEDESTRIAN CROSSED THE ROADWAY, FAILED TO YIELD TO ON-COMING TRAFFIC, BETWEEN THE PROVIDED CROSS WALKS, AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY STRUCK BY UNIT 2.  THE PEDESTRIAN WAS TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. FOR NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES (UNCONSCIOUS).  NCPD3 WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.  A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

2314 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  UNIT 1 FAILED TO STOP FOR THE RED SIGNAL, WAS STRUCK BY UNIT 2, CAUSING BOTH VEHICLES TO SUFFER DISABLING DAMAGE  THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 FLED THE SCENE ON FOOT MAKING GOOD OF THEIR ESCAPE; THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 WAS TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. FOR MINOR INJURY.  BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED FOR SAFEKEEPING BY CHARLIE'S TOWING.  A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

0302 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  UNIT 1 WAS DRIVING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS, LOST CONTROL AND DROVE OFF THE ROADWAY STRIKING A LIGHT POLE IN AN ADJACENT COMMERCIAL PARKING LOT.  UNIT 1 WAS DISABLED, THE DRIVER REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT ON SCENE, AND THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR SAFEKEEPING BY CHARLIE'S TOWING. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
