0635 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0700 hrs., Residential check/ 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd, check for students walking to the buses and to school, area checked clear.

0730 hrs., Residential check/5400-5500 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

0819 hrs., 6100 block Westbrook Dr. / Unknown trouble, communications received a call from on star from a vehicle located at this location.  There was no voice heard and the vehicle was parked and not moving at this time.  Officers canvassed the area with no vehicle matching the description found.

0844 hrs., 7900 block Annapolis Rd/ Assist Prince George's County Police with perimeter for a possible suspicious package (possible bomb).  Prince George's County Police handled the call and out units were clear without incident.

0910 hrs., 7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0953 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Lost item, caller stated she lost her work identification somewhere in Brentwood.  She was advised what action she needed to take.

1105 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Dr. / Sexual assault, a juvenile approach a counselor about being sexually assaulted by a neighbor.  Officers gathered all of the information from the juvenile and contacted Prince George's County Detectives to further handle the case.  Notification was made to New Carrollton Detectives as well as NC3. REPORT WRITTEN

1217 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious person call, caller advised there were four males sitting on the steps of the building.  Officers came into contact with the males and gathered all of their information; they were run with negative results.  They were advised and sent on their way. REPORT WRITTEN

1222 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Vehicle accident, both vehicles had minor damage and no injuries claimed on scene.  Officers exchanged information on scene for both parties.

1308 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious person, officers observed a male (they know to have been Trespassed prior) and stopped him. Male was discovered to be a juvenile and turned over to his guardian.  REPORT WRITTEN

1406 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Trespass, officers canvassed the area but the male was gone prior to Officers arrival.

1432 hrs., 7900 block Annapolis Rd/ Assist Prince George's County Police with a disorderly female, caller stated she was disrupting the business due to her having a bad experience.  Both parties were advised and she was sent on her way.

1430 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Sexual assault, female reported a sexual assault that occurred in the store last night.  Officers arrived to gather all of the information and any evidence to assist with the incident.  Notification was made to NC3. REPORT WRITTEN

1500 hrs., 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Assist motorist with a disabled vehicle.  Officers sat behind the vehicle and waited for the tow truck to arrive to safely move the vehicle from the lane of travel.

1534 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Officers arrived to speak to management about an employee theft.  Officers questioned the employees but the details still have to be given to Officers in order to complete the investigation.  Officers have a date set up to meet with the management and charges will be filed after that. REPORT WRITTEN

1735 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Information, caller advised a male came to pick up a vehicle he purchased (that he signed the title over to), but the caller was only able to retrieve half the money.  The money amount was over what the bank will allow him to take out in cash.  He was advised what action he could take but it mainly dealt with the bank.

1749 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle accident, caller advised it was minor damage.  Evening Shift took the call but both parties left the scene prior to Officers arrival.

1800 Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / parties left prior to officer’s arrival 

1824 ACRS/ 4800 block Veterans Pkwy / vehicle rear ended another causing both to be impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

2015 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, business as usual 

2025 Assist/ 5300 block 85th Ave / SAM800 requested assistance with an emergency petition. REPORT WRITTEN

2042 Loud Music/ 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy / Family was having a birthday celebration in the back yard. They were advised to lower the noise

2100 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / area was clear

2343 Notification/ 7400 block Leah’s Rd / PGPD requested officer’s make a death notification of a family member found at a bus stop. The family was notified and offered grief counseling. 

0039 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / male bothering customers in front of the store. The male left prior to officer’s arrival  

0200 Premise Check/ Legation Rd @ Topton St / area was clear

0320 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, spoke with front desk clerk

0426 Parking Complaint/ 6200 block 85th Pl / officer observed a commercial vehicle parked on the roadway and the vehicle was cited

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
