0620 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel (foot patrol), check clear.

0715 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0740 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0815 hrs., 6100 Block of Westbrook Dr. / Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.
0830 hrs., Business check/ City of New Carrollton Pool, check clear.

0839 hrs., 7800 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Accident, Minor damage to both vehicles and neither party claimed injuries.  Information was exchanged between parties by Officers.

0925 hrs., 8600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0943 hrs., 6000 block 85th Ave/ Property damage, caller stated that both of their vehicles, parked on the roadway, were damaged in an unknown manner sometime during the night. REPORT WRITTEN

1030 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, Foot Patrol (Starbucks area), check clear.

1109 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Accident, Minor damage to both vehicles and neither party claimed injuries.  Information was exchanged between parties by Officers.

1125 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

1205 hrs., Business check/ Shoppers, Foot patrol, check clear.

1245 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1315 hrs., School check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

1411 hrs., Metro Points Hotel/ Disorderly male, caller stated the male continuously walked in and out of the hotel even after he checked out.  The male would walk in and begin to yell at staff, be belligerent and make them uncomfortable.  He was asked to leave several times by staff.  Officers arrived on scene to the male already being gone.  

1447 hrs., 8400 block Nicholson St/ Parking complaint, caller stated the neighbor across the street is always parking very close to his driveway making it hard for him to get to his vehicle.  The neighbor was not home to speak with, however Officers advised because the caller was handicapped to speak to the city to attempt to get an assigned spot so he did not have to walk up the hill to his vehicle.

1507 hrs., 7900 block Legation Rd/ Check on the welfare, caller was a female who kept saying into the phone that she needed help.  She called several times and when we arrived on scene we spoke to the female at the residence.  She stated she was trying to call Comcast and they told her to call 911 for cable assistance.  Caller was advised she needed to call 411 instead.

1530 hrs., Residential check/ Heritage Square, check clear.

1615 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1635 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1725 hrs., 8300 block Nicholson St/ Suspicious Activity, caller stated a male was in the back yard of the neighbor’s house but the house was vacant and they were unsure why he was there.  The caller was in another location but was speaking to her husband who was on scene but left to follow the male.  Officers advised him to stop and give us the last known location of the male (7700 Block of Riverdale Rd.) Officers observed the male and stopped him until other Officers could go to the Nicholson St location to check for any signs of damage or entry.  There were no signs of anything and speaking to the male he stated he left his bags in a bush in front of this house because he is homeless.  He was checked and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

1820 Suspicious Persons/ 5300 block 85th Ave / caller advised three males asked to use his phone. Caller advised males looked as if they were going to carjack someone. Day-work cleared the call, no one in the area

1825 Domestic/ 6200 block 87th Ave / wife packed husbands belongings so he could move out. There was no domestic, husband gathered his belongings and left without incident. 

2026 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

2116 DUI Arrest/ 5800 block Nystrom St the arrested crashed into a parked vehicle, pushing that vehicle into another parked vehicle. The striking vehicle spins and strikes another parked vehicle and rested in the middle of the street. PGPD assisted with translation and the arrested agreed to a chemical test. The arrested was cited and two vehicles were impounded by Charlie’s Towing. REPORT WRITTEN

2251 Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / a prior guest who was escorted from the property returned. 

0005 Accident/ 495 off-ramp @ Annapolis Rd / parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers 

0045 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, business as usual 

0140 Premise Check/ Powhatan St @ Topton St / area was clear

0250 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / security on premises all clear

0320 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, business as usual

0430 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / shopping center was clear. Delivery driver was making a produce delivery at Foodway.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
