0700 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

0810 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ All Clear.

0857 hrs., Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated there was a female harassing customers in front of the T/A. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the female in question, who advised she was preaching the Gospel to lost souls. Officers advised her to leave premises.

0930 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd )/ All Clear.

1020 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine/ All Clear.

1145 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

1225 hrs., Accident/ Annapolis Rd @ 85th Ave/ Unit 1 and Unit 2 were in a traffic accident. There was minor damage to both vehicles. Information exchanged.

1230 hrs., Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Unit 1 and Unit 2 were in a traffic accident. There was minor damage to both vehicles. Information exchanged.

1250 hrs., complaint/ Annapolis Rd @ 85th Ave/ Caller stated he was heading home after leaving work from Temple Hills and advised he was being followed. Caller stated when he got to New Carrollton, the vehicle that was following him stopped behind him at the light and took a bat from his trunk and placed it in the backseat. The caller advised the driver in the vehicle that was following never threatened him with it, he was just nervous and wanted officers to know the driver had a bat in the vehicle.

1330 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr.  / All Clear.

1420 hrs., Noise Complaint/ 5300 block 85th Ave/ Caller stated the unit above her was stomping very loud causing pictures on her wall to fall. Spoke to the owner of unit and asked them if they wouldn't jump and stomp on the floor and they advised they would walk easier.

1530 hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1630 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St/ All Clear.

1700 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

1812 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.  

1837 HOURS- CIVIL DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE .- THE CALLER STATED THAT HIS GIRLFRIEND GAVE HIM A PAPER AND IT STATED THAT HE HAD 30 DAYS TO VACATE THE APARTMENT, OFFICER'S ADVISED THE GIRLFRIEND THAT SHE HAD TO GO TO LANDLORD TENANT COURT. 

2142 HOURS- DISORDERLY CALL- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- THE CALLER STATED THAT THERE'S A DISORDERLY PERSON INSIDE THE BUSINESS. OFFICER'S DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS A DISPUTE OVER A GIFT CARD, THE CUSTOMER CALLED THE GIFT CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS SATISFIED, LEAVING PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL.

2350 HOURS- D.U.I ARREST- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR A COMPLAINT OF A VEHICLE BLOCKING THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE DRIVER OF THAT VEHICLE TO BE INTOXICATED, THE DRIVER WAS ARRESTED, ISSUED TRAFFIC CITATIONS, REFUSED EXAMINATION, AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE METRO TO ARRANGE HIS TRIP HOME; THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN

0040 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 6800 BLOCK AUBURN AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE BETWEEN A MALE AND FEMALE OVER HOUSEHOLD RESPONSIBILITY.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH BOTH PARTIES, WHO CHECKED NEGATIVE, WERE UNINJURED, REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT, PHOTOGRAPHED, REFERRED TO THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES, AND PROVIDED THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR P.G. MOBILE CRISIS. REPORT WRITTEN

0155 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   UNIT 1 STRUCK A CONCRETE BARRIER AND BECAME DISABLED IN THE ROADWAY.  THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS INJURED AND TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.  UNIT 1 WAS IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING AND REMOVED FROM SCENE FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
