0830 Hours- Threats Complaint- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. The caller a male was attempting to steal for the location and made threats when his attempts were unsuccessful. The caller was advised. No report

 

0952 Hours- Trespassing- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Dispatch asked officer to handle a call for PGPD. Homeless female was on the sidewalk. The caller was advised. No report

 

1031 Hours - Check welfare- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. The caller advised an open door at this location. Officers spoke with the maintenance worker who was on scene doing work. No report

1825 hours - Disorderly - 6100 block Lamont drive: The caller stated that his friend is refusing to give him his property back. Officers responded to the location and the friend advised the caller where his property was. No report

 

1851 hours - Noise complaint - 5300 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that the apartment above her is making too much noise. Officers tried to contact the caller but no answer. No report 

 

1925 hours - Assist EMS - 6400 block Fairborn Terrace: The caller stated that her friend just came home and he is bleeding from his mouth. Officers responded to the location and discovered that the male was extremely intoxicated and he matches the description for the earlier call on Sprague Pl & 85th Pl. EMS transported the male to the hospital. No report 

 

2001 hours - Landlord & tenant dispute - 6100 block 86th Avenue: The caller stated that the tenants are refusing to sign the vacate notice. Officers responded to the location and advised both parties. No report

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
