1925 hours - Assist EMS - 6400 block Fairborn Terrace: The caller stated that her friend just came home and he is bleeding from his mouth. Officers responded to the location and discovered that the male was extremely intoxicated and he matches the description for the earlier call on Sprague Pl & 85th Pl. EMS transported the male to the hospital. No report

Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who advised that his vehicle was missing. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been impounded for a parking violation.
