disorderly subject. The subject was escorted out of the property without any

Further investigation revealed the vehicle was impounded by the property tow

complainant who reported she picked up a male subject and was scammed by
willingly giving money to the male subject. The complainant was advised.

reported his roommate was laughing all morning and was concerned. Officers met
with the subject who stated he was ok. The complainant was advised.

responded to the location and met with the complainant who advised her fiancé
assaulted her. The complainant had visible markings and a domestic violence
lethality form was conducted. The complainant refused medical services. The

who was previously banned from the store. The complainant wanted the male
subject off property. The male subject was gone on arrival. The complainant was

responded to the scene for a male subject being disorderly and attempted to set
the store on fire. The male subject became combative and fought officers. The
male subject was transported to the hospital and Upper Marlboro DOC. Report

who reported a female subject left the store without paying. The female subject
was gone on arrival. The complainant was advised.

Annapolis Rd – Domestic – While officers were on patrol, a female subject waved
officers down and stated her boyfriend was chasing her. The male subject fled
the scene. The female subject wanted information on how to obtain a protection
order and did not want any additional services.
1639 Hours – 8100 block Powhatan St - Theft Report – The complainant
arrived at the New Carrollton Police station to report a theft. The complainant
advised officers she needed home repairs done and hired a male subject who she
used before. The complainant paid the male subject in advance and the male
subject never returned for the home repairs. Det Magana was advised and a

responded to the location and met with complainants. The complainants reported
the male subject arrived on scene to pick up their child and forced himself
inside the residence. The male subject began assaulting both complainants. The
male subject also returned to the scene and vandalized the complainant’s
vehicles. A warrant was written for his arrest. Both complainants refused

The mother arrived at the listed location to pick her children. The father
refused to give her the children because the mother was two hours late for the

shattered the glass window at the listed location. The male subject was placed
