1540 HOURS-Domestic-6000 block 85th Pl.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a domestic. Officers once on scene found the dispute to be verbal in nature; however, it was found that the male half, in an attempt to anger the female half, took her vehicle and intentionally crashed it into another vehicle. The male was transported to Upper Marlboro Department of Corrections for presentation of charges. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1609 HOURS-Recovered Stolen Vehicle-5800 block Mentana St.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a recovered stolen vehicle from VA. The owner of the vehicle was on scene and advised of the status of the vehicle. The vehicle was impounded to be released to the owner. Teletype was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1714 HOURS-Assist PGFD-8100 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers while on patrol were flagged down along with PGFD units for a male having a medical emergency. PGFD treated the male on scene and transported him to a local hospital for further treatment. NO REPORT

 

1820 hrs. Premise Check 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd. While conducting a premise check in the Heritage Square Apartments an officer observed a vehicle spinning wheel.  A traffic stop was attempted on the vehicle, once the officer activated his emergency equipment the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed driving in a reckless manner. The pursuit was ended for the safety of the motorist and pedestrians. No Report

 

2007 hrs. Vehicle Impound 8300 block Verona Dr. Officers impounded an unregistered vehicle for safekeeping. Report written

 

2049 hrs. Vandalism 5300 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject who climb to the third-story apartment and shattered the balcony door glass. The male subject fled and never made entry into the residence. Officers and the community security conducted checks throughout the night of the residence. Report written

 

2138 hrs. Welfare Check 8300 block Sprague St. Officers responded to the listed location for a welfare check. Once on scene officers made contact with a young lady who had a bad day at school and was suffering from depression. Officer spoke with the young lady about her day and provided counseling to her. Officers also provided the parents with information to seek further assistance. No Report
