1940 HOURS- TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT W/ AN IMPOUND- E/B 7900 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD- WHILE ON PATROL AN OFFICER OBSERVED A VEHICLE COMMIT A TRAFFIC VIOLATION; THE OFFICER THEN STOPPED THE VEHICLE AND LATER DISCOVERED THAT THE DRIVER'S DRIVING PRIVILEGES WERE SUSPENDED AND THE REGISTRATION PLATES DISPLAYED ON THE VEHICLE BELONG TO ANOTHER VEHICLE. AS A RESULT, THE REGISTRATION PLATES WERE CONFISCATED AND PLACED INTO NCPD PROPERTY. THE VEHICLE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED BY CHARLEY'S TOWING SERVICE. NOTIFICATION WAS MADE TO PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

0350 HOURS- PARKING COMPLAINT- 5800 BLOCK 84TH AVE- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT FOR A PARKING COMPLAINT. WHILE ISSUING A PARKING CITATION THE OWNER OF A VEHICLE BECAME IRATE AND BECAME DISORDERLY. THE MALE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. WHILE TAKING THE MALE HALF INTO CUSTODY THE WIFE OF THE MAKE BEGAN INTERFERING WITH THE ARREST AND ASSAULTED AN OFFICER. THE FEMALE HALF WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AS WELL. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS LOCATED IN UPPER MARLBORO FOR PRESENTATION OF THEIR CHARGES.
LT. LYEW WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS INCIDENT.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
