1020 HOURS-Vehicle Impound-7900 block Annapolis Rd.- Officer while on patrol observed a driver commit a traffic infraction. It was found that the tags on the vehicle did not belong on the vehicle and were issued to a different vehicle. The tags were removed and the vehicle was impounded as a result. The driver was issued citations and sent on his way.

It was found that the male was asked to leave by management staff and refused to do so. The male was arrested for trespassing and transported to Hyattsville DOC for presentation of charges.

1730 HOURS-MPS-8300 block Stanwood St.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a robbery that occurred in the past. Officers spoke with the victim and found that a student took a bag of chips from the victim at knife point and returned the chips directly after taking them. The suspect then fled on foot making good on his escape. PGPD RST was notified as well as NCPD CID.

0508 Rape/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Caller advised she was raped by two males. She advised they snorted some cocaine. The caller advised after they snorted the drugs, they forced themselves on her without her permission. She was transported to Washington Hospital Center and CID Sex was notified of the incident.   0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
