OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT FOR A SUSPICIOUS PERSON LOITERING IN FRONT OF THE T/A.
THE S-1 WAS G.O.A
1745 Hours- Fraud complaint- N.C.P.D. H.Q.- The complainant
stated he paid the individual a portion of what was agreed upon; the individual
cashed the check and is no longer answering the complainant's phone calls and
has not turned the vehicle or requisite documents over to the complainant to
finalize the sale. The complainant was provided case numbers and advised. Report Written
1806 Hours- Found Property- 8400 block Quintana Street- An Officer
responded to the location and made contact with the caller who stated he
discovered a women's clutch bag. There was no identification inside the bag.
The bag was recovered and placed into NCPD property to be linked with a theft
from auto that occurred during day shift, referencing case. No report.
1923 Hours- Premise check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Road - Officers
conducted routine patrol of the listed area in search for any suspicious
persons/ activities, none of which were observed. Business were running as
usual.

2005 Hours- Premise check- 8500 block Annapolis Road- Officers on patrol conducted a
premise check of the area in search for suspicious vehicles, persons
and/or activities, none of which were observed. No report.
2033 Hours- Traffic Enforcement- 8400 Block of Annapolis Road- Officers
conducted traffic enforcement measures for violations observed at the above
location. Officers stopped drivers for moving violations and issued citations
and warnings to the offending drivers — no impounds or arrests were conducted
during this enforcement. No report.
2140 Hours- Premise check- 7700 block Riverdale Road - Officers
conducted a premise check of the Shopper's Food in search for suspicious
persons/ activities, none of which were observed; business was as usual. No
report.
2232 Hours- M.P.S.- 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive - Officers
responded to the location for an alleged assault. The individual refused
medical and police services on scene stating she felt fine; she also stated she
was on anxiety medication, but had not taken it today, she was advised to seek
further assistance from her PCP due to her blackout episode. No
report.
2300 Hours- Premise check- 8400 block Annapolis Road- Officers on
patrol conducted a premise check of the 7-11 making contact with T/A employees
and patrons, there were no issues observed or reported, business was as usual. No

0025 Hours- Premise check- 5300-5400 Block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a
premise check of the Hilltop and Carrollan Garden apartment complexes in search
for any suspicious vehicles, persons or activities, none of which
observed. No report.
0111 Hours- Premise check- 6100 block Lamont Drive -
Officers conducted a premise check of the school for possible suspicious
persons, trespassers, and/or suspicious activities; none of which were
observed. No report.
0230 Hours- Premise check- 7700- 7800 Block Riverdale Road: Officers
on patrol conducted a premise check of the Heritage Square Apartments in search
for suspicious vehicles, persons or activities, none of which were
observed. No report.
0309 Hours- Recovered Property (Firearm)- 8400 block Annapolis Road - It was discovered that the complainant was in legal possession of
the firearm however, due to procedural purposes the firearm was placed into
NCPD property for safekeeping. The Maryland Gun Center was notified and an MGC
investigator determined no charges should be applied after verifying its
ownership and the owner's license to possess the listed firearm. NCPD 3
was apprised on the incident. All parties involved were advised. The owner of
the Firearm was advised on properly transporting, storing, and reclaiming her
firearm. Report written
0513 Hours- Domestic Dispute- 7300 block Longbranch Drive- Upon
arrival, Officers could not locate the individuals or verify their residence
and PG County dispatch were unable to get a hold of the caller. A canvassed of
the area yielded negative results. No report.
0525 Hours- Suspicious unoccupied vehicle- 7300 block Longbranch Drive-
Officers observed an unoccupied vehicle in front of the location. A
registration check yielded negative results for stolen and was registered out
of state therefore, Officers could not obtain a local address to determine
whether the owner or driver of the vehicle were the person involved in the
domestic dispute the had previously occurred. The vehicle was however cited for
a parking violation. No report.
