0609 Assist/ 6200 block 86th Ave -PGFD needed assistance with a mother who was off her meds naked on the kitchen floor. The mother was transported to Doctor's Hosp by EMS. No report

0910 Assist/ 7500 block Annapolis Rd - EMS had a patient attempting to exit the ambulance while in transit. Officers assisted with the transport to Doctors. No report

0924 Residential Alarm/ 5700 block 83rd Pl - alarm from the shed. Officer's responded checked the residence and shed. All were secure and unknown reason for activation. No report

0940 Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis - driver sideswiped another vehicle in the travel lane and crashed into a tree. Neither driver suffered major injuries and refused to be transported to the area hospital. The striking vehicle was impounded. Report written

1035 Theft/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd - caller advised she went to the movies and left her wallet. There was no activity on her bank/credit cards. Case numbers were provided for reference only. No report

1147 Disorderly/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd - male entered the store threatening to steal a phone. Officer's spoke with an employee who advised the male fled toward Starbucks. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. No report

1205 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - a male sitting outside the restaurant. Officers made contact with the male who was advised the establishment didn’t want him there. The male without incident. No report

1348 Station Call (Fraud)/ 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy -citizen wanted to report money taken from her charge card. She didn't want to file a report, just wanted to alert officers of the incident. No report
