caller was concerned about two dogs on a balcony, barking and causing a
disturbance. He was referred to seek further assistance from Animal Control

premise check of the Hilltop and Carrollan Garden apartment complexes in search

Road- the female stated she became upset and began crying loudly because
the male half called off their engagement. Both parties were identified,
