0910 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear

0929 Hit & Run/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd incident happened on Friday. The caller was advised no report due to the time of reporting the incident.

1030 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd met with manager who advised a shoplifting suspect attempted to steal around 7am. 

1150 Premise Check/ Madison St @ 87th Ave / area was clear

1345 Assist/ 6800 block Gairlock Pl. / PGPD responded for a Residential Alarm with multiple activations. The alarm was activated by the homeowner

1425 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd no issues reported, met with management 

1545 Premise Check/ 6500 block Quentin Ct area was clear

1640 Premise Check/ 6600 block of Adrian St / area was clear

1845 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1900 hrs., 8300 block Freemont Pl/ Station call for a Suspicious vehicle occupied.  Caller advised there was an older brown and tan vehicle parked in front of the residence for several hours.  Officers arrived and the vehicle was already gone.  While speaking to neighbors the vehicle came back and both passengers spoke to Officers.  They advised they were process servers for Washington DC (with credentials) attempting to serve a person living in the area.  

1945 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary School, check clear.

2010 hrs., 7600 block Topton St/ Vandalism, caller advised it looks like someone put something in the door in an attempt to open it.  There was minor damage, mostly the fittings were loose and some paint was removed.  The individual did not make entry into the residence.  REPORT WRITTEN

2021 hrs., Carrollton Pkwy at Farmcrest Dr. / Suspicious persons, caller stated they believed the male was possibly on some kind of CDS.  Caller stated he was acting strange and yelling about things that did not make sense.  Officers arrived to two males on the bench one of which was acting like he had just taken an illegal substance.  He was transported to the hospital and the other males information was documented in the report as well.  He was advised and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

2140 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

2220 hrs., Business check/ New Carrollton City Pool, check clear.

2251 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Stolen vehicle, caller stated she parked her vehicle at around 1600 hours and now it is missing.  When speaking to the caller Officers discovered she was behind on payments and the vehicle had been repossessed by the bank.  She was advised.

2330 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

0015 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

0050 hrs., 7100 Block of Good Luck Rd/ Parking complaint, the cargo trailer from a car carrier has been parked there.  Officers located it and issued a parking ticket and sticker to have the trailer removed.  RCOP

0130 hrs., 8600 block 85th Ave/ Assist Greenbelt Police Department, when Greenbelt Officer arrived at the residence after giving them a ride home from an accident.  At this time the female stated she was having a hard time handling her children.  Officer called to conduct a check on the welfare of the children inside, they were sleeping and in good condition at this time.  Greenbelt Officer will follow up with Child Services to offer assistance to the female if she needs it.

0230 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0300 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0330 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle school, check clear.

0400 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

0430 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0500 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.
